“It helps that this pub is directly across the street from our hotel. That’s worth +2 in my book even with horrible service and low choices in spirts. However, this place is great! I woke up every day, and had a pregame brunch dink(s) served by an awesome bartender Todd. Perfectly personable with drops of NOLA history and places to visit (sightseeing and food). 5 stars! Actually, I’ll go 10 stars.“

“Great Sports bar. Big tvs all around the pub. You order food separately from the bar and Oyster bar. My friend ordered a burger and fries great special sauce. The seasoning on the fries was spicy which I loved. I ordered Oysters and the gentleman was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and his Oysters were delicious!! Personally I thought it was the highlight. The mixed drinks were well made the bartender was better than most. Honestly this was the first trip were a bartender just didnt stand out with that southern hospitality. However the Oysters were so good we will be back for that alone! The Oysters were so good forgot to take a picture before I slurped them all down! My bad!“

“This is always a great place to stop and get a frozen Irish coffee. The bar is usually pretty full so I typically take the frozen drink and walk down the street during the day which is great in all the heat.

Bartenders are pretty fast so you don’t have to wait too long. And if you’re hungry in the back of the bar, they also have food available. The Po boys and grilled cheese sandwich are pretty good.i was surprised.“
