“Great Irish pub. Friendly atmosphere, super nice staff, and a good place to watch a match. Opens early for Saturday/Sunday's premier league. But if you want to watch any other particular game, you can always ask the bar staff if they can put it on one of the 10 tv's. They also have two tv's outside.“
“The staff is absolutely fanatic!! We wondered in on Friday afternoon and were welcomed with smiles. The owner was very attentive and quickly started a conversation with my Irish husband. He volunteered to play the Six Nations Rugby game that was to air and Saturday. So we returned Saturday, and got to watch the game while on vacation!!“
“We noticed this little spot on our way to brunch and made a note to stop by on the way back. The atmosphere is laid back and inviting. This is a wonderful family run establishment that we will continue to visit until we die. I highly recommend the Red Lemonade but everything was delicious!“
“An unassuming Irish pub in the heart of everything. This place feels like a regulars kinda spot with a friendly bartender and traditional songs being sung. There's a pool table if you're looking to hang for a while and of course a pint of Guinness or Smithwicks available. It's refreshing to pop into this dive after being in some of the more touristy places.“
“Don't buy the drinks on Bourbon Street. Go to Fahy's Irish pub. They have the cheapest drinks. If you are OK with a mixed crowd of ppl (and I do mean "mixed"- you name it and they will be here), then you will be OK. The drinks are worth it. And they have a pool table.“
“Located in Mid-City, The Holy Ground Irish Pub is celebrated for its unique offerings. The atmosphere adopts a laid-back charm, enticing patrons to explore a diverse selection of over 30 high-end whiskeys and bourbons. The one we are selecting from the Holy Grounds selections is Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey.“
“We loved this bar. They have great drinks for an AMAZING price. We were tired of getting ripped off in other tourist traps. We spent 1/4 of what an average drink costs in other nearby bars. The ambiance is great and the bartenders are super friendly.Loved the “library” that serves as door for the restrooms! We’ll be coming back for sure!“
“Thanks to helpers, we came here for our very first stop. Yes, the ambiance is local and dive bar-like BUT man this place is the best. We came during their 10-2 daily drink specials ranging from $3-$5.. I enjoyed the Bloody Mary, the Screw Driver and some generously poured shots. The wife over indulged in their famous Ftozen Irish Coffee drinks ($3). For an extra $6, the really friendly bar server will pour you a generous shot. We snagged a bar seat and sat here for a few hours. It's the place to be and yes, it's an Irish bar.“
