“This place is entirely underrated. It can be hard to get quick meals with my allergies and values regarding food. This Green Fork was perfect. The ingredients in the smoothies, juice, and prepped meals were obviously fresh and high quality. No unnecessary fillers, preservatives, or refined sugar. I got the butternut squash chili and ate it with some chips. It was very filling and comforting. I also tried the kindness smoothie, and I got a few other soups and juices. This is real, safe food that makes me feel good. I normally just have to eat at home. Try them if you're gluten or soy-free.“

“Great spot with nice workers. Only leaving four stars for food because I really with they would add the Legendary Protein Pastry’s I’ve seen at other smoothie king locations around the area. If you like lifting weights I recommend the Gladiator Chocolate with Peanut Butter and Banana. Low carb and high protein.“

“Delicious! It's popular; there might be a line. The coffee was very good, and the food was delicious. The chocolate croissant was close to the real deal (French person speaking). All 3 employees were some of the very best. Loud though, so not ideal to work or read while sipping coffee.“

“This has to be the best Smoothie King experience I have ever had. Mr. Cook and his staff were so kind and polite. His store screams perfection. From the precisely fronted shelves and all the explanations of each drink. I have to say he deserves way more than 5 stars. I drove 2hrs for a doctors appointment and I get here and they tell it is for tomorrow. So I was down & bummed out leaving and as soon as I walked into Smoothie King, I was greeted with a bright ray of sunshine and a smile. Mr. Cook. Thank you.

Dietary restrictions: As long as you make them very clear and AWARE they can modify to your needs if they can offer what the company supplies.

Kid-friendliness: All options are kid friendly as long as they don't have specific allergies. It's also a great way to introduce new fruits and especially vegetables. It also teaches them that a snack doesn't necessarily have to be takis or junk. Smoothie King offers different delicious options. I have enjoyed everything that I have tried since they have been around.“

“I just wanted a smoothie and this place gave me that and more! There were lots of great options but I chose the Levitation smoothie and the Taco Mac toast. Smoothie: absolutely delicious. Perfect texture and balanced flavors. Toast: had cashew cream cheese, pico and walnut taco meat. This toast blew my mind yall! It was spectacular and I’ll get it every time I’m in Nola. I also like that you can sample the juices before making a commitment. 4 stars because originally the staff wasn’t too friendly and it’s a tad expensive. I spent $33 (with a tip) in those two items.“

“When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.“

“Lionel and his coworker were amazingly helpful and friendly at the General DeGaulle location in New Orleans. They were super busy but they didn’t allow that to affect how they treated their customers“

“The manager called me personally after a not to good experience. She apologized for the bad experience and was upset. She invited me back to the store and she would personally fix my smoothie. Also, she guaranteed that employees on the particular shift would show improvement on their making of smoothies. I visited the store about two weeks later. This particular smoothie was made just like the other smoothies I purchased for the past 18 yrs. Regardless of the state in which the smoothie was purchased. I’m so proud of how the store manager fixed this issue with her employers. This Smoothie King is in my neighborhood and I was excited about the new location . More importantly, it is convenient during my working hours after 8pm. Thanks Ms. Store Manager!!!“
