“This place is entirely underrated. It can be hard to get quick meals with my allergies and values regarding food. This Green Fork was perfect. The ingredients in the smoothies, juice, and prepped meals were obviously fresh and high quality. No unnecessary fillers, preservatives, or refined sugar. I got the butternut squash chili and ate it with some chips. It was very filling and comforting. I also tried the kindness smoothie, and I got a few other soups and juices. This is real, safe food that makes me feel good. I normally just have to eat at home. Try them if you're gluten or soy-free.“

“I Purchased this seamoss from Botanicals NOLA a few weeks ago. Its time to get busy making more products incorporating this great seamoss. I have to be honest. I have had great difficulty finding seamoss in mississippi. I drove 60 miles to get it. As you very well know i will be selling products soon. Im a very careful about What i incorporate what into my products. I have been using their premade seamoss, i love the smoothies and the coffee is okay. i have had great results. Almost a year ago, i got off work and made a wrong turn. This wrong turn was Gods plan, i found Botanicals Nola a natural health establishment. The staff is courteous, the products are great and the food is good. As a good customer, well i would like to think i am. I paid without complaint, i left a tip and respected the business space. If you visit New orleans please visit the Black owned establishments. This should be your first stop.“

“So, this was the morning before the big game (raiders vs saints - btw what a game huh?) We came in here wanting coffee and we got it. Easy transaction. The guy who serviced us was just so nice. Like holy heckaroo, that guy deserves to be in top level meetings about top level decision at huge, huge corporations and make a lot of money. His demeanor is so chill and logical. This was on Dec. 29th at 11am. He has a lot of tattoos, which I really dug! I'm thinking about getting some more tats myself and he inspired me even more.

The only knock on this nice little chill ass cafe, is that the staff services the consumers so much, in a way that you absolutely feel welcomed, but it causes a long line inside, bit of a wait time, and people sitting inside dont want to have a bunch of other people standing next to them while they are enjoying their coffee. Just makes it a bit uncomfortable, y'know? Also! The same guy servicing us gave me a large decaf instead of medium, which is great because he was accommodating me for the wait. Honestly, what a dude. No hate, all love.“

“The manager called me personally after a not to good experience. She apologized for the bad experience and was upset. She invited me back to the store and she would personally fix my smoothie. Also, she guaranteed that employees on the particular shift would show improvement on their making of smoothies. I visited the store about two weeks later. This particular smoothie was made just like the other smoothies I purchased for the past 18 yrs. Regardless of the state in which the smoothie was purchased. I’m so proud of how the store manager fixed this issue with her employers. This Smoothie King is in my neighborhood and I was excited about the new location . More importantly, it is convenient during my working hours after 8pm. Thanks Ms. Store Manager!!!“

“This has to be the best Smoothie King experience I have ever had. Mr. Cook and his staff were so kind and polite. His store screams perfection. From the precisely fronted shelves and all the explanations of each drink. I have to say he deserves way more than 5 stars. I drove 2hrs for a doctors appointment and I get here and they tell it is for tomorrow. So I was down & bummed out leaving and as soon as I walked into Smoothie King, I was greeted with a bright ray of sunshine and a smile. Mr. Cook. Thank you.

Kid-friendliness: All options are kid friendly as long as they don't have specific allergies. It's also a great way to introduce new fruits and especially vegetables. It also teaches them that a snack doesn't necessarily have to be takis or junk. Smoothie King offers different delicious options. I have enjoyed everything that I have tried since they have been around.“

“When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.“

“Really cute Vendor that has a permanent space in the French Market. I went twice on my vacation to get the Flaming Banana. The strange mixture of Irish cream and tropical flavors was somehow Amazing 🤤 I will get it every time I go back to NOLA. The service was average, I felt rushed while asking questions even though there was no one in line and 3 people making drinks.The second time I went there was no line either and the same 3 servers working. I think they have just had it with Tourist, pleasantry is now out the door🤣“

“The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers.
