“I love that this goes out of its way to make a good vegan pizza -- the dough, the sauce, measuring out the vegan cheese on a scale so you get enough, vegan sausage, tons of veggie options. I highly recommend finishing the cooked pizza with fresh basil and basamic reduction drizzle at the very end -- it really elevates it. They are careful about cross contamination: when there is a vegan order, they change out the gloves to pepare it, and after it bakes, they use a green-handled pizza cutter that is only used for vegan pizzas. They mark your order very clearly as vegan so that it gets special handling. The staff gets an A+ for attentiveness to special diets!
