“My vegetarian son and I came in on an LSU game day. Due to that, there was a limited menu of tacos, none of which were vegetarian. But I asked an employee, Maddie, who turned out to be the manager, if there was anything that could be done. She checked with the kitchen and my son was able to get a fried avocado taco along with a bean and cheese one. She went above and beyond when she could easily said sorry (because the place was packed!!. And we had such a great experience thanks to Maddie“

“I tried this place out recently after seeing it in BR for the longest time. My husband and I ended up at Floor & Decor, so I convinced him to try it with me. Let’s just say…. He found an excuse to go back without me since that day. Food was HOT, FLAVORFUL, hefty portion for the price and great service. I am personally looking for a reason to go back as soon as possible. Probably best I’ve had in BR to date!“

“Loved Lovee loved my visit there! Great vibe and atmosphere. Chips were so fresh and great texture! And loved the bean dip that went with the salsa! I ordered the grilled shrimp and veggies for a healthy meal option and it was full of flavor and did not disappoint! Make sure you order the rum drink that comes in a glass pineapple with the piece of aloe… soooooooo good!!“

“The birria taco special is a must.
These tortillas were classified as corn, but I can tell you, they were next level, as they were not gritty or grainy like regular corn tortillas.
Freshly cooked, which resulted in a world, wind of textures. Crispy, tender tortillas, gooey melted cheese, tender beef, fresh onions, and parsley.
The salsa Verde was excellent, perfectly seasoned mild fresh tasting.
The consumé was excellent wonderful flavor.
I ate at the picnic style tables out front.
Jarritos drink selections. The owner came out herself and asked if everything was OK, which it was. She was very personable and a hard worker.

“Great little hole in the wall place. The front of the store is a small Hispanic grocery store and the back is the restaurant. Everything was made fresh and it was large portions for the price. The price was amazing and cheap. Customer service was great. This isn’t Tex-Mex. This is authentic Mexican cuisine. Would definitely come here again next time I’m in town!“

“Had a fine lunch with a great waitress! The white cheese dip is superior to other Mexican Restaurants in our area. An outstanding chips, bean dip, and salsa were served along the best taco salad (beef) with fresh chopped lettuce! Truly a delicious experience!“

“If someone were to ask me what is Dos Bros like,I would say that it is similar in concept to Chipolte, but better and a little bit cheaper. I live in Nashville where don't have any locations. I am hoping they will open here soon. The locations in Jackson and Shelbyville were clean with pleasant staff and excellent service. Highly recommend. Additionally I recommended Dos Bros to a friend who lives in Shelbyville. She and her son both loved it.“

“Came in to Izzo's to grab something for dinner after a long tough day. Was greeted when I walked in and was assisted by Mrs. Sarah. Sarah was amazing. Friendly smile, food done right, and thanks my for coming in. Conversation was short but I can tell she was genuinely wonderful person. She made my day a little better. Will definitely come back again.“

“Great experience today food was great the chicken and chicken wings were perfect and the mood was great all smiles from the employees there unlike yesterday in which was horrible. I hate to post negativity but the Manager yesterday was horrible speaking to his employees like there animals it's sad to see tears in a workers eyes and there working so hard but today all smiles.“
