“This place is a great value! I remember going to CiCi's Pizza when I was younger, but I haven't been to one in about 20 years because there aren't any locations that are near where I live.

I really wanted to relive my younger days, by revisiting this franchise.

With that said, the staff was friendly, but the food is basically what you pay for. There's not a lot of selection, and it's mediocre Pizza. Now, don't get me wrong, the pizza isn't terrible, it's just not amazing.

And, as much as the staff tried to keep up, it was just hard to keep all of the dining tables clean. I couldn't find a clean table to sit at, when I arrived, but to be fair, there are a lot of kids running around, with inattentive parents.

This is still a great place if you want an inexpensive quick meal.“

“Amazing Chicago style deep dish pizza. We drove 1.5 hrs round trip just to try this place and can't wait to go back. Our host was great and full of smiles and great recommendations, she suggested the Big Apple and that's what we went with...amazing. We also had the parmesan garlic bites also fantastic. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming with indoor and outdoor seating. 😊 Also, it is family owned and ran. Always great seeing families doing great things together.“

“This Pizza Hut location is TOP NOTCH! I ordered online to do pickup in store. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, the associate at the register was extremely friendly and asked how my evening was going. When my order was ready another gentleman called out my name and when I came to the the counter to pickup my food he opened each box to make sure they made my order correctly. After that I picked up my boxes and he came and opened up the door for me so I could make it to my car, without me askinh. I don't know, I have NEVER had such good service at a chain pizza joint ever in my life. Top notch!“

“Alright, as someone who doesn't LOVE pizza, this place makes me LOVE pizza. Crust is top notch, toppings are fresh and never leave you wanting for more (ie your pizza is fully covered with deliciousness). Drive out of your way for this place, it is worth it, they have made me a pizza fan, dammit. I'm guessing they had a rough opening because I've never had a burnt pizza nor unsavory service. I'm guessing you should give this place a second try because we've never had anything put tastiness and quality food from this place. The low rating is honestly a surprise but once again, I do not rate a place unless it's five stars. Best pizza place in Slidell (and many other areas)“

“Everything was perfect, can't think of a single thing to complain about. Ordered online for pickup and all 4 pizzas were ready in a decent amount of time. They were topped well, hot and everything was good. Staff was friendly and the time I spent from when I pulled up to when they acknowledged us and we drove away with the pizza was exactly what everybody should expect, they didn't have to drop everything and cater to me only but it surely felt like they did. These people work hard and it shows.“

“You could clearly tell the crew tonight was short staffed and with everything going on via phone calls and drive-through multiple people in the lobby. One person genuinely stood out to me and that would be I believe her name is Haley while the other group of the crew seemed to be chasing their tails, unable to keep track of what they were making who they were making it for how many Miss Haley went above and beyond with customers, clearly communicating, and giving us accurate time frames to the best of her ability with everything that was going on. I grew up in kitchens and I’ve dealt with customer service most of my life. I have roughly a decade of management so when I say that this girl was holding it down and clearly deserves a raise very rarely have I seen that level of professionalism with all of the chaos that was going on tonight.“
