“Food took a little long to come out. But once we got it we knew why. Everything was hot n fresh. Nothing appeared to have been reheated. Prices were normal. Car hops were friendly and efficient. Oh yeah only thing that was not 100 was the ocean water drink tasted flat. But o dont think they were aware of the problem.“

I loved the Boci (chocolate hazelnut), praline, and raspberry gelato. I have also had several cheesecake and cookie options. If you cant decide, they will fresh pack pints and quarts as well as box up your pastry selections in a box with red twine. And there is an airpirt location as well.“

“Wowa Weewa!! Glad we finally made it out there!!! This is different than any other snocone I've ever had and I love the ambience of this the little place!!!! The way they shave the ice it makes it almost a creamy texture, the flavors are so rich, you can tell they are made in house, they really are some unique flavors, makes it hard to choose just one, and they even have a dog!!! AND I just so happened to find out it's owned and operated by two spectacular performers I got to catch a while back and intend to watch again!! Can't wait to go back to try new flavors!!“

“This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..?“

“I love Crumbl cookies and love how they give you different cookies to choose from each week. I don’t think I ate one that I haven’t at least liked. I put a four for service only because I usually do Uber eats and they always forget my milk atmosphere I only put a three because I never actually been into the store, otherwise love love love“

“I just wanted to say what an amazing staff you have! My husband and I have been trying to get to drip for a while now and we finally made it. It was a spur of the moment so I didn’t make reservations. We sat at the bar and to see the interactions with the staff warmed my heart! Emily ( behind the bar) was excellent! She was so patient with the staff, while she never stopped working, she still made time to tend to her customers, answer questions for the staff and even teach them how to do things to help. I adore your establishment and wish we would ah e come sooner! But we WILL be back! and you guys will always be a top recommendation for everyone who asks places to go! “The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers. I give them a 10/10 for their customer service and their frozen lemonade! 6/17/2023“

“Such a nice experience! Our first time visiting and the young man working was amazing!!! Prices were great, atmosphere was clean, very vibrant and welcoming! The guy working went above and beyond multiple times in our short visit! He was so patient with my 4 year old as he made his selection! He unfortunately dropped his cone and the young man was so quick to help! My daughter left her purse and he ran it out to us in our vehicle! Just a very wonderful experience!! Major props to the guy working during our visit!! Definitely will return next time we’re in town.“
