“Every month, I drive the 216 miles from Houston, Texas down I-10 to Scott, Louisiana to Billy's. Food as always is good and Excellent Customer Service. This month, I decided to have Billys for Thanksgiving Dinner. I ordered what I always order, a dozen of pepper jack balls, a dozen of pepper jack wraps, a dozen of links and this time, I added a dozen of shrimp 🍤 boudain balls. So far so smooth, except today it was super packed at 8 o'clock in the morning when its always empty the previous months I have visited for years. Plus, a Louisiana State Trooper accosted me on I-10 heading back to Texas. I wish yall would open up a location in Texas because my days of driving through Louisiana are limited now especially with those crowds and Louisiana State Troopers hounding me. Sorry. Excellent food and Customer Service though. 😎”

“Very good boudin, extra spicy and the boudin balls had a special spice that was different, we really liked it! Glad I got off the beaten path and didn’t go to Billy’s next door, it was certainly worth it!”

“Stopped in at Java Square Cafe after runnin errands in town and it turned out real nice. Coffee was hot and smooth, not burnt, and the pastry I grabbed tasted fresh like it just come out the oven. Place is cozy and clean, folks behind the counter were friendly and didn’t mind I walked in with work boots. For a small spot the prices felt fair, I’d sure swing back in for another cup.”

I’ve never had Focaccia bread so soft and delicious before. It was very hard to choose from all the wonderful sandwiches and I’d definitely go back again next time I come back home to Louisiana for visit.”

The place didn't seem busy (2 inside already eating, 1 in the drive through when we entered) but it still took a few minutes for someone to come take our order. (That could be because of limited staff, though.)”

“I tried Papa’s Boiling Shack tonight for the first time and everything was top tier. Let’s break that down - From the customer service at the window to the employee waving at me as l drove out of the drive thru. Let’s not forget about the crawfish 🦞20/10, the corn, potato and sausage 20/10 all across the board. 1000% recommend.”

I usually drive back home just to get things like that or meet smoke meat, but thank God I don’t have to drive back home for a good snowball. My kids even love it when we always spend about $30-$40 every time because we just won’t everything.”
