“Y’all…the drinks are AWESOME! I had the Blackberry Smash and Long Island - both were delicious. My sis-in-law had the Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita and said it was to die for as well. Bar tenders were so sweet and knowledgeable. We needed a place like this in Lake Charles. I can’t wait to go back to try more!“

“"Speedy" the bar back/cleaning machine, was frickin' AH-MAZING! From the moment my husband & I walked in & sat at the bar, we observed that he was fast and efficient at cleaning Linda's Lounge's bar patron mess left. He's wiping pool tables, pushing in chairs under tables as soon as customers left, taking out trash quickly, & in a welcoming manner at the same time. I say he should be in HIGH DEMAND around town. Give that man a raise or an awesome bonus!Karaoke had people singing their hearts out. Enjoying every lyric we heard from their song choices.I hadn't been here since I worked here before the change of owners & before both hurricanes. It was great to see the place clean, super organized, & still see the same smiling faces I use to years ago. Bartender immediately asked what we'd like to drink. And checking out was quick. We'll have to come & play pool another time with the new felted tables & sticks!“

“We were on vacation in lake charles and stopped here for lunch. Very much enjoyed it. Quiet at the bar, if course it was day time during the week. The shrimp basket was huge! The hamburger with egg looked amazing and husband did it was! Great drinks“

“My wife and daughter and I went to Luna's yesterday, as my wife grew up in Lake Charles and said that Luna's was THE local hangout when she was growing up. With good reason, I found out. The restaurant was a delight. The food was amazing (I had a fantastic hamburger and a really good salad), and the atmosphere made me smile (all around us, throwback posters and paintings from 80s music and 90s movies). Plus the wait staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a good restaurant to do dinner with family and friends, this is the place to go.“

“I have been on the hunt for a reliable Indian food restaurant out in our area for quite a while, while my fiancé can handle food with heat, I can’t! It was tricky to find a place that reliably could make tasty and mild dishes until we found Taj Mahal. We try to get dinner here once a week and it’s always fantastic- made just the way we order it heat wise, super tasty, very large portions and great service. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out! Check out the mild chicken korma if you want to venture into Indian food but are afraid of it being too spicy. Great place!!“

“El Tapatio's is best Mexican restaurant in Sulphur by far. Atmosphere is great, friendly staff. The food is excellent and never has been cold, They always serve a generous portion. “Plates were huge. Sadly we didn't have as much table space as we did food. Entertainment was an excellent singer. My friends and I had a wonderful night. Recommend for drinks. Im always designated driver. But my friends enjoyed the margaritas. Roasted pineapple and the strawberry. No frozen drinks. Everything is on rocks. Delicious though!!! For food, not a big menu. But a great staff and what they did have was good.“

“9/12/2025: Great spot for a late night bite. They are only open on the weekends. I think they stay open til 3:00 am. They have pizza and hot dogs. The pizzas are huge! We bought 3 pizzas for 5 people and had way too much left over. I don't know what my friend was thinking. The crust is good and the topping were fresh. They have a small space to eat in the restaurant. A little pricey as pizza goes, but everything in a casino is pricey. Supply and demand. I also got a alcohol sundae, which was very tasty. The staff were all nice (they put up with our loudness - oops - sorry, y'all). Sorry for the pizza picture. It was late. There were drinks. I am not responsible after a certain time. :)“

“Sadly Service was shit , We did go on what seemed like a under staffed /busy night our waitress would be seen every 30m to and hour so between beers you ran dry quite fast it made for a boring time. Ordered a bucket or 5 beers waitress says no she only does even numbers when she comes back finally after a good 30 minutes or more she only has four beers and should precede still open all of them inside the bucket without asking because I guess she doesn't want to leave the bottle opener. She begins to tell a sorry because it's a really busy night and she has a whole lot of tables and they're understaffed at night I do notice the whole time that she is serving other tables she does sit down to take every order at their tables and while inside cuz at some point I got tired of waiting for a beer she takes an awfully long time behind the bar now she might be new I don't know. But it didn't seem like she was cut out to be a waitress it's some point she got rude when we asked about why the food was taking so long or my burger pacifically because everyone else has gotten their food and she said that their kitchen is a concession stand not a real kitchen that's why it takes so long because grilling a hamburger takes longer than frying fish. The place they have good music live. And I'm told the building next door is going to be the new restaurant / bar entertainment so I'll probably go back when that happens other than that I don't plan to go back anytime soon. Very disappointed with overall service. Update 2026 been here several more times and the service has gotten way better I recommend sitting at the bar if your drinking or try out steak night.“

“It’s very “Louisiana” in here and very much so giving “Cheers” vibes. The hubs and I loved our first visit, and one of first few dinners in Lake Charles spent trying out this local gem. Upon looking at the mixed reviews, I admittedly had mixed feelings. But, the movers recommended that we stop by so that’s exactly what we did. We cozied up to the bar, met a few regulars, and had an amazing night of laughs and great food at Cajun’s Wharf. The plan was to check it out and go unnoticed, but that was not the case. It appears that you can’t go inside and not make friends here. Hence, the earlier Cheers reference. TK is a stone-faced sweetheart (but, shhh… I don’t think she wants anyone to know), took excellent care of us, and gave perfect recommendations.
Sidebar: We were so close to trying “backstrap” as noted and seconded by everyone in earshot, but they were out. Next time, for sure. (Because… when in Rome, you clearly eat backstrap! lol)
But, back to what we did try. The duck tenders, the eggs rolls (boudin version), the fried catfish and shrimp were all delish, seasoned well of course, and came out quickly.
The daily specials were also appealing, and we’ll definitely be back as I want to try a burger.
P.S.— I love that they have Crown Peach.

“Great atmosphere and love the bartenders. Never any drama so it's the best place to chill and enjoy a nice cold beer with your friends. Saturdays is free pool so we definitely enjoy a night out shooting pool when we can. This place is for everyone and it's a great place to listen to music and spend time with people your bring or people you meet because they have some awesome people always sitting at the bar.“
