Too small, and attached to a gas station on the side, so I'm not sure what I would have accomplished by trying to make a morning of my visit and just sit there and be uncomfortable with the over visited , fast pace lifestyle of the whole thing but everyone is nice and friendly service is abundant here,at least the time of day I frequent that establishment of“

“I would like to say that today I had one of the best experiences I have EVER HAD at ANY MCDONALDS I have ever ordered from. On 3/29/24 at 9:44am I arrived to the drive through to pick up a mobile order located at 1603 Sampson St. Westlake, Louisiana 70669, As I waited to be serviced the young lady that came across the loudspeaker caught me by surprise (in a good way ), her voice was so clear, her tone was so comforting and her Mannerisms and words were so impressive, I HAD TO ASK HER NAME!!! This young ladys name was Jamia (I hope I spelled her name right) she was just as Pleasant in person as she was behind the speaker. This young lady is a GEM! She has the whole package when it comes to Professionalism and Customer Service. (I been doing this for 30yrs, | Know) Jamia deserves attention and recognition for what she brings to the JOB. She is a prime example of what this WORLD NEEDS !! Kindness, Compassion, Professionalism, Patience and above all, a SMILE that you can see and hear through the Speaker !! I hope that the Management and Co-works of this establishment see and understand what they have and Nurture her to become the BEST Version of herself!!! I know Jamia will go far in life and I hope that one day I will be able to hear, if not see her wonderful achievement that life has to offer her. “Great option for a quick breakfast or just coffee and a snack at the Horsehoe Casino Hotel, this Dunkin just opened February 2024. I’m not really a fan of their donuts but LOVE their breakfast on sourdough bread. Coffee is always great, of course.“

I live on the other side of town but go out of my way at least once a week to fuel my frozen Yellow Jacket addiction. I was given a taste of their Popeye New Orleans snowball, absolutely FABULOUS, so good that I’ll probably double my visits when summer gets here. Everyone that works there is always in great moods, SMILING and genuinely seems happy to be there. “While visiting Lake Charles I stopped by this little coffee shop and had an amazing time! I got a cold brew customized to my liking and they perfected it! I did a build our own sandwich as well and it did not disappoint. I recommend visiting during Mardi Gras season and trying their king cake as well!

“Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!

Kid-friendliness: I always ask them to make a fun, non-caffeinated, drink for my little ones and they never disappoint.“

“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“

“These people were prepared for me! Everyone had amazing energy as soon as I walked up. I had a wonderful discussion with a manager, even as she trained a new hire. The coffee was perfect and I plan on going back. I suggest choosing this Starbucks as your "go-to." It's inside Kroger on the corner of Nelson and Country Club; see ya there“

“My son was craving a good donut and of course it was later in the afternoon! So we went to Dunkin’ and the young lady (forgot to get a name) was very sweet and professional! He is 11 so he is trying to be independent and order on his own. She was patient and helped him navigate through his order! He said the donuts were delicious!“

“So first off I'm going to give a bit of context: 1.) I'm have severe social anxiety 2.) I was trying something new 3.) I had no service so when I tried to pull out the app to order it wouldn't load.
I don't know who it was but the person who took my order was so sweet and helpful, when I couldn't get the words out to order my drink they started to ask questions to narrow it down and get what I wanted. To whoever took my drink order: Thank you so much! You were so accommodating when most people would have just ignored my problem and had me step aside until I could order on my own. - Icarus“
