Too small, and attached to a gas station on the side, so I'm not sure what I would have accomplished by trying to make a morning of my visit and just sit there and be uncomfortable with the over visited , fast pace lifestyle of the whole thing but everyone is nice and friendly service is abundant here,at least the time of day I frequent that establishment of“

“I would like to say that today I had one of the best experiences I have EVER HAD at ANY MCDONALDS I have ever ordered from. On 3/29/24 at 9:44am I arrived to the drive through to pick up a mobile order located at 1603 Sampson St. Westlake, Louisiana 70669, As I waited to be serviced the young lady that came across the loudspeaker caught me by surprise (in a good way ), her voice was so clear, her tone was so comforting and her Mannerisms and words were so impressive, I HAD TO ASK HER NAME!!! This young ladys name was Jamia (I hope I spelled her name right) she was just as Pleasant in person as she was behind the speaker. This young lady is a GEM! She has the whole package when it comes to Professionalism and Customer Service. (I been doing this for 30yrs, | Know) Jamia deserves attention and recognition for what she brings to the JOB. She is a prime example of what this WORLD NEEDS !! Kindness, Compassion, Professionalism, Patience and above all, a SMILE that you can see and hear through the Speaker !! I hope that the Management and Co-works of this establishment see and understand what they have and Nurture her to become the BEST Version of herself!!! I know Jamia will go far in life and I hope that one day I will be able to hear, if not see her wonderful achievement that life has to offer her. “Great option for a quick breakfast or just coffee and a snack at the Horsehoe Casino Hotel, this Dunkin just opened February 2024. I’m not really a fan of their donuts but LOVE their breakfast on sourdough bread. Coffee is always great, of course.“

“Visited from Texas for a mini get away and fell in love with this spot! I got a Java the Hut latte and it took me by surprise. The cutie with the half white half black hair, mentioned that the owner’s favorite flavor was the one I ordered and I can see why! It was sooooo delicious I had to go back the next day for another one. I ordered one of the egg stacks which was awesome that they have keto/paleo options. It’s hard to come across places that offer a breakfast item that’s friendly to my dietary restrictions. I couldn’t help myself and also tried the BLT with brie and grapes, the next day and wow! I was happy to had use my cheat meal for that sandwich. They even spelled my name correctly which is uncommon. Very sweet owners and pleasant staff! Loved the trinket basket; leave one take one! Never seen that anywhere else either. Can’t forget to mention that it’s been over a month since I visited this place and the beautiful little spotted plant I bought has now grown 3 new leaves. It’s a spotted Begonia and pothos in one!“

“Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!

Kid-friendliness: I always ask them to make a fun, non-caffeinated, drink for my little ones and they never disappoint.“

“I absolutely adore this place !!! You’re paying for quality, you receive your food quickly , they always find a means to cater to the customer.
Always have music playing for the majority of the customer groups that are in there or play cartoons for the kids. ALWAYS something new there.

Foods always made fresh and is REALLY filling. Even if you’re not too sure what to get or what you might be craving; the employees always have FANTASTIC recommendations.

Not to mention their cakes they make; their cakes are BEAUTIFUL and so so so sweet!! I love that you can completely customise everything 100%, no matter what flavour you get.

The manager of this place is really really nice, they make sure things get done no matter what!

“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“

“This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location due to being in proximity to it at the time. I haven’t been disappointed. I do hope people who’ve had a less than satisfactory experience give them another try!“

“Been going over 7years at least 3 times a week the people there are great good people friendly and very good coffee no other Starbucks can make my coffee like this place I don't even go anywhere else even if I'm out of town I'll just drink coffee at hotel or something I've tried other places Noone can fix it like my Kroger Sulphur Starbucks great friendly staff and great coffee“

“The coffee is always ON POINT! My FAV person there is Alaina! Shes so sweet and she greets me and my friends/family with friendly faces and conversation EVERY TIME! Her coffee and tea is always 100% perfect! The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. You feel like family walking in regardless of who’s working.
I get my stuff pretty quick—even on a busy day!
And the spinach feta is my FAV! And don’t get me started on their delicious beignets! YUM!
