“Great experience! As soon as we arrived, the hostess met us with a smile and friendly demeanor. The premises were vibrant with colors and traditional music on the background, while we enjoyed the flavors of the food. I ordered the “Mexican Po’boy with Carnitas” and it was exactly what I was expecting. The traditional “bolillo bread” was lightly toasted and the carnitas were cocked to perfection. We also ordered mini tacos with flour tortillas and steak, even when the meat was a little overcooked, the spicy salsa complemented them to perfection! They have delicious “agua frescas” and regular cocktails. I truly felt like I was back in Mexico. The food feels truly homemade and it brings great memories. I would definitely recommend it and will bring my family next time they visit!“

“Fantastic experience! I sat at the bar and was pampered by the barista. The blueberry lemon drop is worth returning for. I ordered the camaron de la diabla. It's spicy shrimp, rice, mixed veggies and a slice of toasted bread. It was amazing.

“Great authentic Mexican food restaurant inside of the City Point gas station. The woman working there is so sweet and makes the best food. This restaurant used to be open across the street at the Exxon years ago, but now they just reopened here. I remember how busy they were because of the amazing food. I used to go everyday back then. I love the atmosphere of the place. The music in the gas station is also very nice.“

The first time we ordered the food was excellent but my wife's food portions were small for the amount of money we paid. Second time we ordered we went directly to restaurant and ordered pickup on Uber eats. My wife mentioned to the hostess how her portions were kinda small. The hostess ended up preparing our food and the portions were much bigger. Food was excellent“

I will leave one: I just bought a dozen tamales and the elderly man was not pleasant. He was rude. He threw my tamales in a plastic bag and when I grabbed it, it was so hot I almost dropped it. He literally put the tamales in a plastic bag and not in a cardboard or a paper plate. Just a loose bag. I will not be back. “Went to a bithday party there Sat. night and there ended up being 60 people in the group. We had 1 waiter Antonio that took all our orders, and everyones was correct. Then he had to do seperate tickets and everyone of the tickets were correct. We were in and out in 2 hours. Amazing job Antonio and the ones that kept rhe chips, salsa and drinks coming. “Went to the drive-thru around 8:15 p.m. andI must say, that crew was amazing. The young man, I believe Jaylin or something with a J, who took my order, was so pleasant with great customer service! My orders were right & our food was fresh. My daughter & I finally enjoyed our meal for once. ??“
