“Went there today July 13th, 2023 around 6pm waited an hour for food. Told my husband he should of just left. A woman working there on drugs or something moving very slow messed our order up. Took forever. Service has been going down at this location. Very frustrated.“
“This place is highly recommended, the service is always good, they are friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent, every time you go you go home wanting to return, if you want to have a good time and a good meal, don't hesitate to “
“Our waiter was great and attentive. We had the Princesa, All American Enchiladas, and the Tamales Dinner. We also had an order of white queso with chips and I had the house margarita on ice. Everything was delicious and will definitely visit again.“
“The atmosphere is average, guachi guachi, for a place where you go to eat, but the food, the tacos ? are so delicious that they make you forget everything else, the girl who served us was a chubby Mexican, with freckles on her face, very sweet girl ?“
“Outstanding tacos. First time to eat here and got tacos. Al Pastor and Steak were excellent as were the sauces. Great flavor. Wife got a hard taco and the shells are fried in house. She says they are excellent. And all very reasonably priced. I will be back.“
“I am not exaggerating when I say that I've been to every taco truck in the Beaumont area, and don't get me wrong - they all have their specialties. However, this one takes the cake for overall service and authenticity. Every variety of taco they serve is absolutely mouth watering. There's not a single thing they offer that I would not recommend. And if you don't spread their complimentary green salsa on each bite, you're missing out on a piece of Heaven every time!It is well worth the drive to Port Arthur on any given day for tacos if you're in the area. I hesitate to go to any others if I have the time for a quick trip down the highway. It isn't hard to make time when you weigh the other options after you've tasted their menu!Family owned and operated. Wonderful people who are friendly and cook with true passion. I won't miss any opportunity to stop in when I'm passing thru.“
“Great Dinner experience, we ordered their top shelf margaritas which were delicious. We ordered the mushroom appetizer, the molcajete surf and turf, and churros for dessert. We really enjoyed the attentiveness not just from our server but from other employees who would stop by to check on us. Parking lot looked full but they have a lot of tables to sit down a big crowd.Parking: Big parking lot.“
“It's time for lunch after Sunday morning church. I decided to try La Suprema in Nederland. The Mini Chicken Nachos did not disappoint, more than I could eat in one sitting. Do not worry that you will get a plate full of chips with just a veneer of toppings, not here! This the real deal , full of the goody! Happy camper...?“
“Amazing service, delicious food, and very friendly staff! I tried birria tacos for the first time here and was very impressed. Great place to bring family to eat!Kid-friendliness: Staff was very kind to my little brother and even put on cartoons for him to watch while he ate“
“The diabla chicken (pollo) was the best chicken I've ever had in my life. So tender, a plastic knife glides right thru it. And served on grilled onions. The charro beans are hardy with as much bacon etc as beans. All their lunch dinner items I've had were glorious. Burrito, tacos, enchiladas, shrimp, soup, etc.BUTTheir breakfast is horrible. Different chef maybe? I dunno but if I want huevos mexicana I'd go to (deleted.)Still. Cotijas is my main go to carry out lunch/ dinner in the area for Tex Mex & I recommend it to my friends & family.Except the breakfast. Gas station Laredos is better & they're African, not Hispanic. :(“
“It's a gas station parking lot the tacos se asada were good the pastor a bit sweet for me the hot sauce is tasty but not spicy I order a sope $3.50 each and regular tacos $3.00 each they have aguas frescas I got a lemonade $3.00 each the burritos $9.50 and they do cash only you can order ahead and they are fast over all a good place.“
“Vary rarely do I write a review but my 1st time to this restaurant warranted me stating how extremely satisfied I was with not only the food that was so good and authentic but the quick and friendly service I received upon my arrival.Location is small but comfortable and more importantly it was clean. Ordered my food to go and was out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer.“
“They open at 4am it's a small place right next to the Valero gas station I had tacos asada, pastor, birria they were all good the hot sauce was very good and the lemonade is fresh not koolaid it helps to order ahead if you're in a hurry.“
“My family & I are from Texas but now live in Louisiana. We came down to visit family in south Texas and on our way home I needed some good authentic Mexican tacos and tried this place before we got out of Texas. This place is a 10/10. The tacos were amazing, the sauces (red & green) are phenomenal! This will be a stop we make every time we travel through. Thank you for great food and good service! & great prices!“
“If you want a classic eggs mexicana at a good price, come here. Best with added side of bacon! They forgot my tortillas one time & I came back & made the whole order fresh so it was hot & not microwaved. That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5. How do you forget the tortillas, I dunno but they made it more than right.“
“First time there. Drinks great, food delicious service was a little bit strange our first waitress just left and didn't tell us she was leaving so we waited for 10 minutes until we got the manager and then she made a kitchen staff wait on us but for a kitchen staff Juan did a great job.“
“The food was really great, very authentic, as was the atmosphere. Our waitress was just as amazing as everything else was. Definitely recommend this place.Vegetarian options: There were multiple vegetarian meals on the menu. I almost ordered one myself,( I'm not vegetarian), it just sounded so good.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two doors at the entrance and easily accessible for wheel chairs. Parking spots available right at the front door!“
“I eat here once or twice every week. It’s always consistently good. Their super deluxe nachos are my favorite. The caldo is also delicious. Really can’t go wrong with anything. Just good Tex-mex in a local historical restaurant. Check the hours - it’s family run so they aren’t open late hours on Saturday and are closed on Sundays.Parking: Parking lot next to restaurant, plenty of spaces“
“The food is good the waiters are nice and friendly BUT… the table are super super small my table was so crowded with just 4 plates of food and chips they give you in the beginning. Zero room. AND THE MUSIC!!!!! OMGGG THE MUSIC!! They literally just stuff because it’s Spanish. They have the stupidest Mexican music playing. A MEXICAN place ran by a bunch on white people. Get bigger tables and play better music.“
“Only been here a few times and am in the process of moving to Groves myself and am extremely excited to be closer to try out more of their menu.Everything I've eaten here reminds me of my childhood. Food is authentic where it needs to be and accommodating to the tex-mex. Just delicious. And the price for qhat you get is a bang for your buck. I'll be back soon!“
