“We visited Waffle House in Zachary - Saturday. The atmosphere and service were fantastic. The team work witnessed was outstanding. Hat off to the staff, manager and especially to Junior, the food was great! He worked professionally the entire we were there. A 5 star visit.“

“Do not let the humble exterior appearance of the place deceive you; I almost didn’t stop here because of that, but I am glad I did because that was the best meal I have had in a month. I almost felt skeptical about the hamburger stake, but man was it delicious, it was just so well salted and the condiments delicately balanced. Plenty of it is severed at a great price under 15, and you might even need a to go box.“

“My family and I dined at South Plains Food Company for Mother's Day. The total experience for us was amazing. While we expected to have to wait for seating just because it was Mother's Day - it really, for us, was not too bad. we got seated and the awesomeness was present. Our server, Miss T was amazing. She was very professional in all aspects of her duties, she was friendly but not overly so, she took care of us as if we were her only guests - or course we know that was not the case. Serving simply appeared to be easy for her. Additionally, we observed staff working together to clear tables when guests finished their meal, which allowed those waiting to be seated more quickly. Please remember to ask for Miss T, you will be glad you did.“

“Once you go to Java Mama you'll never go anywhere else! PERFECT spot for breakfast dates, play dates and special events. If you like hot coffee try the Bourbon Salted Caramel Latte and if you like frozen coffee try the Pecan Praline Frappuccino! And for breakfast the absolute BEST thing on the menu is the HANDMADE Sunrise Croissant! The staff is amazing, and the environment is super clean! I LOVE JAMA MAMA (if you couldn't tell!)“

“The best fried catfish I have had in many years. Season perfectly and the coating was a southern style crunchy (if that makes sense). I can't wait to try some of their other dishes and the owner and staff was attentive, accommodating and on point. Let's not forget about the prices... they were right too. “This is one of the best kept secrets in Baker! I just discovered it and oh my goodness!! The mushroom swiss burger was amazing! Everything was fresh and hot and the meat is real beef! It is definitely not prefab. The portions are humongous. Definitely worth the prices were reasonable. Very friendly atmosphere too!“
