“We had an elegant evening that started with a cocktail reception, next we went to dinner in a grand set to celebrate the pairing of fine wine with a (4)course one of kind chef creations. This was an amazing evening and we enjoyed the people we met, beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, and fine wine.“

“Great bowling experience - really liked the vibe and it was very reasonable for apps and drinks. We did eat at the Bistro; food was fantastic - as it was end of season i felt the servers were a bit punchy as they didn't seem to care too much... i am not saying it was bad serivce, but it was not as good as the food was... if you get my drift. I would go back and highly recommend this for family bowling and dinner - or a night out with that special person (i bowled out of my shoes 125ish - for those with big or small hands, they have every size bowling ball you can imagine - finally) -- DK“

“For what it is (reliable wholesome Mexican take out), LaChoza fits the bill. Easy online ordering and always ready on time. We like the Pork Barbacoa bowl with cilantro lime crema and lettuce as extras. One order is definitely enough for 2 people. BTW the cake slices in the case looked tempting.“

“The pros: decent burger at a decent price. I love the rolls they use. Burgers are what you want to get here, don't get distracted by the chicken wings or seafood0 it's not their Forte. If you want a side, the fries are OK but they are too pricey for me and the portions are small, I enjoy their Mac & cheese with burger in it, it'll make your eyes roll back in your head with each bite! Props on handling the crowds of people and getting the food out relatively fast, it's not easy. I also appreciate their late night hours. The cons: They won't put any burger dressings (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion, etc.) on the side, so if you order to go, by the time you get home, the bottom half of the bun is a wet, inedible paste. Also, there's nothing to put ketchup in. No soufflé cups, no packets, so if you order fries, you have to squirt ketchup in the container the fries are in and they get - can u guess? Are you sensing a theme here? - yes, they get soggy. Maybe spend less money on the fancy to go bags and get a sleeve of 2 oz souflee cups, or gather nip bottles, anything!“

“My favorite spot for sandwiches and pastries on the island! I’ve been coming here for years, and both the service and food have been consistently excellent. The portions are generous, so I usually have leftovers for a second meal. The last thing I had was a linguiça sandwich with plantains — it was so good that I finally went out of my way to write a review :) They’re also very accommodating toward gluten sensitivity.“

“never again!! got served raw food, horrible service. manager was just as bad as the server. man did this place go downhill fast. I have been coming here since the eighties. I didn't even buy a tee-shirt. so overpriced. what used to be a nice little restaurant, has now become a tourist trap. so the tourist can have it. this place will not get anymore of my money. Disappointed and Done“
