“Shout out to The Depot for catering a graduation party for us...the food was amazing! Everyone was saying how great the food was and asking where I got it! The steak tips are to die for, the mashed potatoes are the best we have every had, the chicken tenders, chicken ziti and broccoli and the lasagna were delicious...these are the comments I heard all night. Thank you Kathy and The Depot staff!!!!“

“My husband and I stopped there for lunch while our dog was being groomed. We ordered sandwiches and my husband started to feel lightheaded. We were served and it had to ask for the check and take out containers. Our waitress was an angel from god. She brought the takeout containers and the check and also a bottle of cold water, an empty bag and extra napkins in case he was sick on our way home. We didn’t even get a chance to eat our food. She could be given something for her heartfelt concern which I feel was over and above. She is at the Abington restrained her name is Mary. God bless and keep you safe Mary!“

“Had a wonderful lunch at your newly redecorated restaurant with friends yesterday. Everything about it was great! Wish I could remember our servers name ! She accommodated all our crazy requests and did it all with a smile! We all had seafood and e ergo e loved their meal! We will be back!“

Cute environment service was decent food was absolutely disappointing, ordered buffalo Mac and cheese it was so watery and tasteless I decided not to complain or send it back. When we were ready to leave the older waitress asks me if I wanted a box. I declined politely and was then asked if I was full???? Ummm no and as I’m trying to be polite you’re gonna make me insult the cooking anyway. SMH so I did so when I was then asked if I just did not like it. I replied absolutely not a d got the nastiest look. Lmao just a brief word of advice… when someone’s plate is still FULL of their meal and it’s pushed to the side MAKE THE CONNECTION instead of all the questions and ridiculous comments and also keeps your eye rolls to yourself. You can tell it’s all locals that rant there!“

There is no better lobster roll than the one at 5 South Main - nice pillowy roll with a generous serving of lobster meat coated (but not soaked) in mayo. Also recommend the chicken Caesar wrap. The staff is always really pleasant. Have primarily gone for the takeout, but also have enjoyed dining in. Very cozy in here (4 to 6 tables). Perfect place to come when looking for a very small and quiet atmosphere. Menu is just the right size - everything is freshly prepared. Very generous pours of wine for anyone dining in for dinner.“

“Somewhere Else Tavern along Rte. 127 in Bryantville/Pembroke, Mass. I must say I've been at the building, since 2009 (15 years) when it was "Old School". It was a building then, a bar/restaurant of sorts, but now it is someplace special. Since Lori and Jayson, who also own the "Fork in the Road" delicatessen in Bryantville and the Olde Hitching Post restaurant in Hanson, took over the restaurant and renamed it, it is now a place for excellent food, beverages, and a wonderful, wonderful group of people, their patrons. What makes Somewhere Else truly special is that on almost every night, Jayson, Lori, or Lori's sister, Lee Ann, will be there taking care of their customers..... their friends. This past Sunday, was Lori's birthday and EVERYONE was included to celebrate her birthday, Chinese food (seemingly Lori's favorite), cake and ice cream shared with all. But best of all, was not the food, but the celebration of friendship.... Thank you Lori, Jayson and Lee Ann. For those of you who have not stopped by, do so. Probably one of THE BEST meals I've had in a long time when dining out. The food...all of it....our appetizers, entrees and dessert was outstanding! Our waiter Jamis was the best! “A friend and I got some food to go here a few weeks ago at night and I must say that the food was very good. It did take about 20 minutes for it to come but it was made when we ordered so I know it was fresh. The service was great also very kind people that work there.
