“My husband and I stopped there for lunch while our dog was being groomed. We ordered sandwiches and my husband started to feel lightheaded. We were served and it had to ask for the check and take out containers. Our waitress was an angel from god. She brought the takeout containers and the check and also a bottle of cold water, an empty bag and extra napkins in case he was sick on our way home. We didn’t even get a chance to eat our food. She could be given something for her heartfelt concern which I feel was over and above. She is at the Abington restrained her name is Mary. God bless and keep you safe Mary!“

“This has to be the South Shore's best kept secret! My wife and I were looking to grab a quick meal the other day and stopped by Cannoli's on Whitman's Pond. I've been to the restaurant several time for various functions, but never for dinner. Vinny was wonderful - just the right attention - no hovering, but there when we needed anything. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had chicken marsala. Both were incredible! Plus, it's affordable - around $65 for the two of us (including two glasses of wine!) This will definitely become one of our go to places!“

“Our high school sports team hosted an end of season banquet at Tutto Bene yesterday – and it was wonderful! The owner and his team could not have been more accommodating. The buffet options were delicious and they also handled two special diet requests. The private room is pretty and can hold up to 60. It was very comfortable for our group of 30 and 30 display area. Although we brought in our own floral arrangements, they had many life-like silk flower arrangements already available in the room.“

“I had dinner at Trattoria San Pietro for the first time with a friend, and it was an excellent experience. We started with the stuffed peppers and mussels, both of which were flavorful and perfectly prepared. For our main courses, I had the Chicken Marsala, while my friend opted for the veal chop—both dishes were absolutely delicious. We finished off the meal with their cheesecake for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending.

“They lost a customer!! We ordered take out 2 weeks ago on Friday night, Caesar salad with chicken, chicken Alfredo, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. We picked up the food within 30 minutes, the time we were quoted when picking up and live about 10 minutes away, let just say it was one of the worst take out meals we have had. Immediately after we started eating I called and spoke to the manager, the salad was watery and croutons were mushy, the chicken Alfredo was cold, the Parmesan wasn't melted! The food tasted like it a day old and microwaved! The manager took all my info and stated she would call me back after dinner service, never heard from her. Saturday I called back after not hearing, the same manager answered apologizing it was late when she finished dinner service but the owner was out of town and would call me back during the week, ok no problem. Late Monday I get a voicemail from the owners wife, working in customer service I was appalled by the voicemail. She stated that croutons do get soggy if you don't eat the salad right away and to order the dressing on the side next time. And that Alfredo just separates if you don't eat right away, suggesting I don't let it sit to room temperature before serving. I immediately called her back and explained I picked up the order and called within 40 minutes of placing the order, she stated that wasn't explained to me. She continued to tell me, speaking to someone in the background I have never heard this many complaints before. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it, she stated she needed to talk to her husband because they don't just refund someone because they complain... I proceeded to tell her I had pictures if she was interested. I texted her the pictures and she told me she had to speak to her husband and would call me back... over a week later no call back...“

“Decided to try Evviva in Hanover! Well I was very surprised. Got seated by a hostess with a smiling face. The waitress Hannah was full of suggestions with great service. We ordered pizza and short ribs. The pizza was like I was in the North End of Boston. Short ribs were extremely moist and tender. The best I’ve had in a long time. The manager Dave came to the table to make sure our food was as we expected. Hanna checked on us as well. The portions were good actually more than we can eat. The desserts were fresh and delicious. I can’t say enough about Evviva in Hanover, Ma and plan on dining at Evviva more often.“

“Second time stopping in for late lunch. Ample serving size, fresh and delicious. Small interior but worth the wait if busy. Mary and wait staff are friendly and will always accommodate. Soup, sandwiches or plated dinner options along with beer and wine selections. Comfortable and welcoming I recommend giving 5 So Main a visit.“

“Wow is all I can say but I will definitely fill you all in a bit more. So we made reservations for 6:30 and we were a little late. I know places that would not be happy about that and would give you a hard time and we weren't all together but they still sat us no problem at all. My family and I all order my wife the surf and turf and she loved everything about it my sister in law did a Chicken dish my daughter did Chicken Ziti and Broccoli her boyfriend did the Chicken special dish. I order a Prime Rib medium when it came to the table it was definitely not medium but it was late in the day so I didn't say anything and went along eating I took a few bites and said to my wife that mine wasn't the best but I said nothing to Jenn our waitress. She came over and said you asked for Medium and that is definitely not Medium. I said it was really okay no big deal. She was so super nice and said no no not at all she asked to take it and asked if If she could get me something else. Unfortunately I had a taste for that Prime Rib so nothing was going to work they took the Rib off and coveree desert. I put 5 Stars for the meal because everyone loved what they all got. Honestly the rib wasn't horrible it just was over cooked for me but the service made up for that one steak the service from Jenn and the Manager made that steak taste 10 Times better and the personality and interaction was just way over the top amazing. We live on the North Shore and went here because my daughters Boyfriend lives on the South Shore. I tell you this for sure we will be back again and it definitely helps that we had Jenn for our waitress. I probably wouldn't be able to pick her out of a crowd but her personality and care of me and my family will be something we won't forget for a long while. “I had a salad, and my daughter had a burger and fries. I feel like you can't really mess up a salad, but you can mess up fries. That's what happened to my daughter's meal.

We ordered for pickup and when it was time to eat. My toddler struggled to eat the fries, they were so overcooked and hard for her to chew.

Everything else was good, though. I just assumed we caught the line cooks on a bad day. But... Who knows?“

“Wicked Good Food! It’s the first time ordering from here. I’m always skeptical of 1st tries because I’m VERY picky about pizza. I got a small veggie pizza and it was awesome! Their sauce is good and they’re super generous with the toppings and cheese! Also tried the buffalo tenders, omg…wicked good! “Went with my daughter to celebrate birthdays during November. The Christmas display was so beautiful, it was such a fun way to kick off the Christmas Season!! We were seated right away, our Server was fantastic, she checked in frequently making sure we had everything we needed. We ordered take out from here yesterday and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had placed a previous order with another restaurant for catering and they notified us less than 2 hours before our food was supposed to be ready that they would not be able to fulfill our order. We called about 8 different places with no luck and then called Mamma Mia's. The staff was able to shift some things around and fit our order for several takeout trays in without any issues at all. The food was even ready early dispite the limited preptime they were given. We ordered the chicken broccoli ziti and the baked ziti and both were outstanding. The homemade meatballs in the baked ziti are some of the best I've ever had. Portion sizes were excellent and the prices were incredibly reasonable (especially for the quality of the food)

Mamma Mia's is our new favorite and will be our go to from now on.

“I have been here a couple times and each time, I am NEVER displeased. I can’t say the same for the other locations though. I got the carbonara and stick to that usually which is always impeccable. I’ve had my food right after I get into the car after leaving and reheated leftovers and the food is perfect either way. The garlic bread with cheese is massive and so tasty!“
