“I really enjoy Lu’s Kitchen. My family, friends, and I have been coming here for years—both pre-COVID and especially throughout the pandemic. I’ve had the pleasure of watching the children who used to take our orders grow up into beautiful, professional young ladies, and I’ve always admired how they help support the family business.
That said, I do miss the classic mom-and-pop restaurants that remember their regulars and show a sense of appreciation toward long-term customers. Despite being consistent regulars who order pretty much the same thing every time, we’ve never really been acknowledged as loyal patrons—whether through a simple nod of gratitude, a warm greeting, or a small thoughtful gesture. It’s never about wanting something for free; it’s simply about feeling valued as a long-time customer who has consistently chosen to support their business over many other options. I just wish there was a bit more warmth and gratitude extended to all their regulars, regardless of background.
Overall, Lu’s Kitchen is still a great place to get good, authentic Chinese food, and you will definitely find top-tier cleanliness and professionalism here. I just hope they can work a little more on building warm, welcoming connections with the community that has supported them for so long.“

“Great place for take out. We have been going for a few years and things recently changed for the better. Sauces are great, veggies were fresh and nothing was overcooked. TRY THEIR HOME MADE CHILLI CRISP! It is sooo good, definitely spicy; a little goes a long way. Definitely our go-to place when we order Chinese and worth the drive for pickup.“

I don’t think I could’ve found something to hit the nail on the head better than this. Kids studying and greeting you when you come in, owners working their butt off while still being courteous, and the quality + portions for what you pay. I’m definitely jaded by the brutal industry, especially working in the city but there was a Ratatouille moment tonight as we ate our meal which reminded us of simpler times in yesteryear. It’s nothing groundbreaking but it is exactly what we wanted, how we wanted it. Thanks for the experience, and we’ll be back. Also, do them a favor and call in your order to pickup instead of using a delivery 3rd party that takes 20-30% of their revenue away. “Hong Kong is a great spot for food, drinks, and fun! My favorite drink is the Mango Mai Tai, and the Crab Rangoon and spicy wings are 🔥. They have a separate bar area with a DJ playing all kinds of music, plenty of seating, and a good-sized dance floor. The vibe is always great, and it’s a fun place to hang out with friends. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I have consistently enjoyed the many orders my family has placed here. They are fast and convenient. Stow is lucky to have this as our only Chinese/pan-Asian restaurant.

If you want spice, order the authentic Sezchuan style dishes and make sure to order rice with them. Their American style Chinese dishes are all as good as any other American Chinese options I have ever had. Their house specials are a favorite. Their crab rangoons hit the spot and are generous quantity for the cost.

Don't use a delivery service for any restaurant in Stow or you will be disappointed. This is part of the Stow experience. Order pick up and you'll be fine.“

“The food was amazing. I ordered the beef noodle soup bowl with tripe, tendon and steak, but my noodle bowl only came with steak in it. I had asked for extra meat which I was happy to pay for, but only got a meager portion. I then did order an extra helping of sliced steak, which of course was delicious! Overall amazing food but service needs a little work.“
