“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.
My personal recommendations:
- Nosh the Rainbow Sandwich
- Namaste Burger
- Falafel Burger
- Any of their pastries

“I absolutely love this place and can’t recommend it enough! I’m a regular and have tried nearly everything on the menu. Everything has been delicious, but the Peanut Butter & Jelly smoothie is still my favorite—it’s seriously amazing!
Stacy makes this locally family-owned business so special with her care, personality, and pride. I love supporting places that bring such a welcoming, hometown feel to the community.
A special shout-out to Stacy’s son, Christopher, whom I affectionately call the “Smoothie Genius.” He definitely knows his way around a smoothie and always brings great energy. He’s also one of my clients, and his hair naturally always looks amazing! 😂✂

“I went to this cafe today and the inside of the place was so clean 🧼 smelled like holiday spice. The customer service was great the owner miss Luisa was so fun and sweet. I got an apple danish and a cinnamon cappuccino ☕️. If you need a place that’s cozy to get some work done on a laptop 💻 or just a quick getaway to feel appreciated please go to cafe palazzo 😊“

“We're from Wisconsin and had breakfast March 31 in your restaurant. I wish I could remember our waitress' name, but she was delightful. I had the (canned)corned beef hash omelet and loved it. I've never seen an omelet shaped the way you serve it, but again it was terrific on looks alone! You folks do a marvelous job.“
“I have been to Tamara’s many times. Every visit resulted in consistent service, which includes delicious coffee and food. I usually enjoy a Cafe Americano and a pastry or I especially love having their Sambusa. Delicious and filling! The seating areas are great. The only drawback are the walls. They are like stripes and to look at them is dizzying. So, I sit with my back or side to them. Otherwise, stop in to hangout! You won’t regret it.“

“Stopped here after the museums with our two toddlers, food was unbelievable and kids ate great!!! Staff was super friendly. Definitely an easy spot for lunch well worth it. Photo evidence of my son demolishing my side of rice 😂“

“Love Love Love this place… warm and cozy the minute you walk in, treated with a smile always willing to recommend if asked ( which I love) have those punch cards after 10 a free coffee , which I had yesterday! Blueberry Matcha iced latte my favorite, but I’ve tried many and haven’t been disappointed yet, Tried one of their yummy sandwiches that was a 10 also, I recommend this place wholeheartedly! Rare to find a tiny little hole in the wall that is worthy!“
“My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. “This place has the best coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to Mocha Emporium for 10+ years and even through switching locations they’ve always maintained outstanding coffee. We get whole beans and grind them at home before we brew it and it’s absolutely incredible, nothing else compares. Sometimes other places coffee beans will come out tasting like coffee flavored water but this Mocha Emporiums beans are so rich and flavorful it’s definitely worth the 40 minute drive to get the most quality coffee I’ve ever had. The only way they could improve is if it was possible to order the coffee online to ship to our house!“

“Just happened upon this little place while traveling, we got 3 breakfast sandwiches. They were delicious. The rolls were crispy and buttery. The chef was delightful and helpful and the server was very kind as well. We are so glad we found this place and didnt have to settle for bad fast food. This was great food fast.“

“Tried this tea a few days ago and it was actually pretty nice. The flavor was smooth and not too strong, which I appreciated since some teas can get a little bitter. It had a light, calming taste that worked really well in the evening after work. I also liked the smell while it was brewing, kinda relaxing in a simple way. One small thing is I wish the flavor lasted a bit longer after each sip, but overall it was still good. I’ve had a lot of teas before and this one holds up pretty well, would probably buy it again.“

“Great relaxing cafe that you order at the front counter. Parking in back and was free spots available on the street. Lots of tables with old photo’s of Holyoke on the walls. I ordered the veggie omelette with a choice of cheeses. Was large and filled with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and lots of spinach. Came wirh potatoes and toast. Coffee served in a styrofoam cup which I wish they had mugs. I saw a few high chairs for kids. Easy relaxing cafe to hang out. They make their own cupcakes which looked great and had different flavors. Other bakery items as well.“

“The employees here are always SO kind and fix problems even when they aren’t their fault (like third party delivery drivers not delivering orders). They go above and beyond to help and are very understanding. Food is always prepared on time and well. 🙂“

“It’s so very rare to find a restaurant that makes both gluten free AND dairy free items - and does them well!
Auntie Cathie’s offers most items both gluten free and dairy free.
Everything I’ve had there has been delicious.
Literally, only drawback is the hours, as they have limited opening times.
Service was good and they had a great selection of baked goods.
Highly recommend this place. Great unique and eclectic atmosphere.“
