“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

“We went for a tasting with John and couldn’t say enough great things. The tasting was well organized and personalized. John remembered small personal details the we talked about over the phone that made the experience feel like we were chatting with an old friend. The food was great and we left with full stomachs. “Neil and the team at A Perfect Taste were so so great to work with. We brought them onto our wedding team at the eleventh hour after some hiccups, and they swooped in and saved the day! They know how to put on an event from start to finish and their food is delicious. Our guests were complimenting the dishes all night!

From the first time we met Neil, he put as at ease with his extensive knowledge of the event catering business and sense of humor! We had a chance to meet a couple of the chefs at a tasting and try some of their signature dishes—they are all so friendly and talented chefs.

Neil and the team managed the buffet dinner for 110 people as well as setup, layout shift, and breakdown for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, which were all in one space. This made things very tricky but you never would have known because the team executed everything seamlessly.

“I have been here a couple times and each time, I am NEVER displeased. I can’t say the same for the other locations though. I got the carbonara and stick to that usually which is always impeccable. I’ve had my food right after I get into the car after leaving and reheated leftovers and the food is perfect either way. The garlic bread with cheese is massive and so tasty!“

“Smith’s Catering has been fantastic for us. They were very flexible with allowing us to arrive early in the day to decorate the hall : once for a wedding reception and another time for a baby shower. The menu for both occasions was very flexible and the quality of the food was really great. But as good as all that was , the staff was amazing. They were always available, polite, efficient, and responsive to our needs/wants. We will always use Smith’s Catering for all of our forthcoming events.

“Gourmet Caterers were the required caterers for our venue the PEM in Salem, and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with them for our wedding. Ann and Isa from the team were so helpful, getting us organized before the tasting, and adjusting the menus to fit our needs. We had a lot of Gluten Free guests, and they found ways to accommodate this so everyone felt safe with their meals. This is on top of how all of the food was. A special touch was that we were given a separate bride & groom plate to enjoy some of the cocktail hour nibbles on our own. The food at the reception was delicious, including a selection of petit desserts that were to die for. Everyone we talked to loved the food and were so impressed by the level of service that they received from the GC team from the cocktail hour, to the bartenders, to the tableside service.
