“Taylor was beyond professional tonight. what was a very calm, civil election night turned into chaos for a second because of one patron. Taylor was beyond patient and very professional when this man was being very disruptive and she gave him a fair warning as he had been kicked out before. After he escalated by causing more trouble, Taylor calmly told him to leave and he grabbed another patrons purse and threw it at her, thankfully missing, but having things fly from what he hit. Thankfully he did leave and I cannot express how professional Taylor was with this whole situation. I hope he has a perma ban because nobody-especially an employee-should have to deal with this. I will return because of her professionalism and warmth as a barkeep.“

“After a wonderful experience at the Billerica location last month, we decided to try the Tewksbury location this month and had an equally wonderful time!
Servers are all smiles, friendly, attentive, but not hovering.
BEST fish n chips, the fish was so sweet and flavorful and tender and flaky. The slaw was delicious too.
Amazing buffalo wings. AMAZING... Definite heat but not too too bad, a nice citrus note that hits first. We asked for them crispy and they were spot on perfection.
Tiramisu martini hit right for dessert ??
We will be back here often. Great spot.“

“First time checking out the Billerica location, we go to the Tewksbury location all the time. This location is located inside of an old
Colonial style building. The bar side looked great but we sat in the dining room. The menu is the same and the quality of food is great. The craft beer selection was decent with a few local breweries represented, including Spy Glass Stateline IPA. Which was tasty. I got the Western Burger which did not disappoint either. Fries are always great, nice and crispy!

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great! It’s the main reason we go so often. They make a great grilled cheese with fries for a reasonable price.“

“I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants but decided to eat here at the last minute. The French onion soup was really good. I like that they offer cheese and crackers. The prime rib was slightly over cooked but still good. The bar staff is very friendly.“

“I liked the burger. Truffle Gorgonzola fries were ok— I liked the fries, but didn’t really like the sauce. Stomach felt a little funny after, but not sure if that was the burger or fries.

Food came quick. Space was clean and small but not crowded.

Parking lot out back had multiple spaces available and was $1.35/hr. There’s some 2 hr free spots a few blocks down but you have to parallel park. Some 1 hr free spots closer to the restaurant but those were almost all taken Saturday lunch hour.“

“we just got take out from the Billerica 99s and our meal was wrong . We called just to see if they could make us another one and they went above and beyond to make up for it. They made us a whole new order, gave our money back and gave us a free dessert! I l know things happen and food isn't always the way it should be during take out but I appreciate the fact they went above what they could of to replace it. @billerica“

“I can’t explain the experience that my husband and I had here this past Saturday. I have to eat gluten free and my husband found Tavern in the Square had a large selection of gluten free items for me to choose from. Brandon was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about my allergy. Through a little bit of small talk with Brandon, we shared with him a situation that we were going through. Tavern in the Square in Burlington and Brandon went so far above and beyond for my husband and myself when they didn’t have to. I have not stopped telling people the story of the most thoughtful and kind people we have ever had the pleasure to cross paths with. Besides the amount of kindness shown, it was actually the best gluten free experience that we have ever had. The food was 10/10 💞We will never forget 💞“

“There were 11 of us, we were all very happy with our meals and drinks. Stuffed mushrooms caps were excellent as well as baked haddock, tacos and montery chicken. We would have used app plates if available. After dinner the kids had a great time at the arcade.“

“Never a bad time at this 99. We prefer it to the West Woburn 99, although that is a great selection as well. No frills: always a delicious meal and perfect drinks, especially from everyone's favorite bartender, Peter. He is the best! Always remembers our favorite drinks and food choices. “I recommend anything but the calzones. I’ve ordered food a bunch of times from Franco’s, a few times in person and 3 times via Grubhub. All 3 times I ordered through Grubhub I chose a calzone. The first time the calzone was cooked fantastically, but the last 2 times it was raw dough in the middle where the folds are. The last time I ordered a calzone which happened to be raw in the middle I just threw it away because I didn’t have time to make a complaint. I ordered another calzone tonight hoping it was just a fluke (New cook? Just super busy and overlooked? Whatever, we all make mistakes NBD) since everything else in my order was perfect. When it arrived I checked the calzone and it was raw again. I made the decision to call the restaurant to let them know and to see if I could send it back for something different. The man on the phone told me I was wrong and that he cooked it himself and it wasn’t raw because “he checked”. I told him it most certainly was raw and that I was hoping for an exchange. He said he couldn’t do anything for me and I’d have to call Grubhub about that. He said I’d have to go in person to exchange it. I said “okay fine I guess I’ll call Grubhub” and then he said something I couldn’t understand and hung up on me. I’m really disappointed. I frequent Franco’s for karaoke and spend money at the bar and restaurant often enough to expect a fair exchange and some decent customer service when I need it. I asked for his help and he offered me nothing. Order anything else but the calzones unless you like your dough to be raw, I guess? I HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño poppers though. They’re always perfect and a surprisingly good size.“
