“This is one of the best dunkins by far, it is always clean and stocked up with napkins and straws. Not to mention there isn't one person that works there but doesn't have a smile on their face and willing to help you they get through the orders that they need to get through. Most duncans will always get my daughter's avocado incorrectly and I have to go back in but not Berkeley they listen to the customer to make sure the order they get is correct.The store manager Taylor she is great she has a great staff and has taught them great customer service which is something you don't see in a lot of other Dunkins or there are employees just sitting there on their phones ignoring customers but not at Berkeley, if you want the best service ever go to BERKLEY DUNKIN AT THE FOUR WAY OF MYRICS!!!They are all hard workers,😊😊🤗“

“MY FAVORITE DUNKIN IN THE AREA! I love coming here everyone is super friendly and understanding when I have questions. They are all eager to help me out when needed. I have nothing but a good experience with this dunkin whether I come in the morning afternoon or night. This dunkin make the best drinks ever so I cannot complain.“

“Have to give a huge shoutout to The Boundless Bean! I pre-ordered some cinnamon rolls for Easter morning. Kiel, my son, went to pick them up and the order was not there, they were given to someone else by mistake and only one cinnamon roll was left in the shop. Elena called me, she not only rectified the situation she went above and beyond. After having a Birthday dinner for her son she not only baked us our cinnamon roll order but she threw a few extra surprises in the bag! And did I mention that she delivered them to my door!! “I can't rant and rave about this place enough. Every person who works here is cool, with differing personalities (some more talkative, some are chill, just all around good vibes)
They are quick to fix if there's any issues, SUPER accomodating (they've never denied me a reasonable request) & the service is very attentive/quick.
The flavor selection here is INSANE I mean wow. If you walk in, you'll see the whole back wall lined by flavor syrups, they put up clear signage about specials & flavors of the month. They also have handheld menus available to look at. Inside there is a good amount of seating, you could definitely get some work done here or stay to chat/craft with friends. There's books in the corner by the window to read & they always decorate SO pretty in here for holidays.

Prices are very reasonable as well, which is great in times where everyone's really hurting economically. They have oat, almond & cow milks (maybe others?) Today I grabbed a large iced coffee at around 4.50 or $5. It is a whopping 32oz

“First time try…. played it safe, and got my ice caramel latte, although they had so many specialty coffee’s that I was tempted to try. Owner and or employee recognized we were new faces and asked if it was our first time. When I said yes he handed me a free large sample of their “OG” which was very good, and I would def go back for or try another specialty! Customer service experiences like this are always huge for me and also if your a plant person and love coffee this is the place for you!“

“My favorite dunkin’ in county. Every morning I get medium iced regular with caramel on my way to Fall River. And by god do I get it every time🤙. The weekend workers are nothing short of angels and me and my wife are debted to them and their service😍😍“

“Went there for the first time yesterday. Had a crème brûlée latte and my husband had the Kentucky straight latte, and we split a vegan churro donut. Everything was so good and the staff was super friendly answering our questions. The atmosphere was really cool and relaxing too. The seating was comfy and everything felt so welcoming. Most places you go for coffee feel so cold and sterile with hard uncomfortable seating so I was excited to sit in a comfy swivel chair and drink my coffee. So glad we found this place and can’t wait to go back again and try even more of the menu.“

“One of the best cafes I’ve been to.

got the sweet bread egg sandwich, linguica pop egg sandwich and taro smoothie.

both sandwiches were nice and soft and warm.

the taro smoothie was wicked good (order it without added sugar, the taro is sweet enough)

“Let’s face it folks, the menu is the menu at Dunkin Donuts. The only difference between them is whether or not they have enough pride and respect to serve Fresh foods and NOT what’s been sitting around all morning. This DD had fresh and tasty food when I visited for my first time at this location. The atmosphere inside is comparable to all Dunkin Donuts Shops. I will certainly return when I visit the area again.

Parking: This DD is a lot easier to get in and out of than most of the others that I have personally experienced.“

“Our go-to Dunkin'. We live in the Highlands, right next to another Dunkin', and we go down the seven hills just for this Dunkin'!

Years ago, this Dunkin' was in shambles—an absolute disaster. A young woman who used to work at the Dunkin' across from Rockland Trust became a manager and took over this Dunkin'. Let me tell you, whoever decided to put this woman in management made the right call. She should be praised for how she has turned this location around. I remember going in years ago on my way to work to get a coffee. She had just arrived at this location, so it was no fault of her own, but the poor thing was the one who had to deal with my wrath when I came back. I was so mad because it was the millionth time they had gotten my order wrong. I had driven all the way to work and had to come back, and I was so mad. I really told her I had just had it with this location. They'd never get anything right. You could tell she was really upset because her words were that it was just embarrassing and she really genuinely told me she was so sorry. Well, ever since that day, I've never had a problem again. I can honestly say I believe it's because she took over the location and became the manager.

This Dunkn is incredible.They move quickly for the most part. They are accurate 99.9% of the time. I don't think I ever have to go back, ever because of an order issue. The woman at the front knows me by name and my dogs and my husband and puppies get so excited knowing they're seeing their Dunkn friends through the drive through so I always put the windows down so the pups can see their girls.

Good service is really taken for granted these days and people have a tendency to just complain when something goes wrong but never praise people when they do a good job. I have to say that this crew and this location really deserves to be praised because they run a very smooth operation.They are always accurate.They are always friendly and this manager, wish I knew her name but she has been with dunkin' donuts for at least ten years, should really be acknowledged praised and paid for how well she has turned this dunkin'donut's location around. I drive my husband nuts because no matter where we are, I will make him drive to this location if we're going to Dunkn. Doesn't matter what part of the city we're in lol There's times i've even turned dunkn down if he tells me he's not going to the north main street location.

This group is the best! We love you guys. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
