Parking and navigating the facilities was easy, long and varied selection of wines (beer, cider and spirits too), delicious food, very reasonably priced, beautiful buildings (I’m sure the grounds look great in not-winter!) and, most importantly, absolutely fantastic staff. “I visited for the first time today. I tried a flight of beers and purchased more to take home. I am so impressed by every style of beer I have tried at Dirigible. Clean tap lines, excellent quality, and all of their beers are accurately portrayed according to style. I will be back soon again. Also, I met some great, friendly people including the owner. Such a friendly and welcoming place. I cannot recommend this place enough and I cannot wait to get back there again soon.“
“One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time in the area! We checked out Wild Hare and were immediately impressed with the atmosphere and ambiance. The food was top notch, made from scratch, and so well thought out. We were too excited that we forgot to take pictures! Each dish is tapas style and definitely made with love.The servers were extremely nice and very well informed on each dish that came out. They took the time to explain every ingredient and made sure we were well taken care of. We can’t wait to go back and try their brunch!“

They take the time to chat about what they make and why. Samples weren't a problem. We didn't have time for a proper tasting which they also offer. Get in here. ?“
“Dog friendly year round! We love bringing ours here. The beers and seltzers are pretty good, they offer some light snacks, and there is usually a food truck outside during busy days if you want a full meal. As a non-IPA drinker I also love that they added an ESB to their tap lineup.“
“Great place for a beer! There was live music happening when we were finishing up and we noticed a fun calendar of events, evening activities and happenings at the bar. The main bartender (also the owner?) was incredibly nice to talk to and recommended the right beers for our tasting without trying to upsell or tell us the classic "oh I don't have a favorite, everything is great". Would recommend and am excited to come back again.“

Nonetheless, upon recommendation, I tried their Summer Ale, which proved to be quite enjoyable. The ambiance, particularly on a summer evening, is fantastic, with live music enhancing the experience. Plus, their garlic knots are simply delightful.“
“Best coffee in the area by far. They do such a good job. Lattes are so delicious. Their craft beer is also creative and full of different flavors. My favorite beers are their stouts. Say good night Kevin, with a graham cracker rim and a toasted marshmallow. Say goodnight!“
“I was one of the first clients when Medusa opened for business. Great place, awesome service and of course, great beer! Unfortunately after moving out of Hudson, i was back last Saturday with a friend and what a disappointment. Beer still the same and everything else but service. The new staff walk by your table and just don’t care. I had to get up and ask the bartender if we could have a beer. Not to mention, the new staff spend time talking among themselves drinking at the corner of the bar. They are there for themselves not to service the patrons, don’t care about the business and most important, we didn’t know if there was a manager in the building. i’m writing this review as a cry for help for a great place and I hope the owners or someone can pay attention and fix a very broken place before it’s too late. I love Medusa’s beer but I can’t recommend the place anymore. Sad! ?“

“This is a great place to grab some food with a glass of fresh brew. The kitchen does a good job producing more than the usual bar selection. Try the pretzels for a different sort of treat!Vegetarian options: There's always something nice on the menu for my vegetarian palate.“
“Took my BFF and husband to dinner. We all loved our meals and especially the Elk Short Rib. The meat was off the bone tender and the veggies were great. Butternut Squash soup and the pear salad were also excellent. The service was extremely good and friendly. But a word of warning. The restaurant has a bit of an attitude - you can make a reservation no more than 30 days in advance from the date you want to dine and you HAVE to pay a non -refundable reservation fee. I realize that lots of cancellations can be a problem for restaurants but we were so put off that it took me more than a week to get past that "tude and make a reservation. A simple heartfelt message about what cancellations mean to a restaurant would have been more customer friendly and would have engendered more sympathy.“
