Chipotle Mexican Grill in Boston

“First time being to chipotle. The server was kind and helpful giving information about the food and kindly gave me a handle bag for my food when I asked. The wrapping of the burrito could've been a little better but the food was great with a good amount of spice and flavor, worth the money.“

“This Chipotle location has the friendliest, most hardworking, and caring employees. They always put customers first! At this location you won’t have a problem with service. Isaac, Arki, Adam, Sugeydy, and Ameera are the best Chipotle crew you could ask for!!! Highly recommend!“

“My one complaint about this location is that the seating area is overrun with migrant door dash drivers lounging. They take up half the seating. I’m not exaggerating, every time I’m here there are no less than 20 delivery scooters parked in the bike lane out front. I’m convinced all the door dash/Uber eats drivers hang out here and wait for orders.“

“Oh my god this place gave me the biggest, heaviest, most delicious, dripping chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Whoever that lady was in the back making the mobile order, bless her soul. I must return back as soon as I possibly can because wow was that bowl worth my $10. That could’ve lasted me a week, but it was so delectable it was gone by the end of the hour. That lady did me so well. I was so full afterwards I couldn’t walk for a good few hours. But this place will give u a bang for your buck. Go to this chipotle!“

“Hard not to be positive when this spot pumps out food faster than you can think of what to order. You've got to be ready to be thrown into the frontlines of the battlefield that is weekday lunch rush hour. They do a hardy job of pushing you along the conveyor belt of burrito making. And it's a Chipotle, you are there for a fast meal and that they do. Enough said.“

“Conveniently situated by the B line to Boston College. Students from BU grace this space a lot as it is on the central BU campus.
It is spacious and the food is always tasty and fresh. I've never been disappointed for all the times I've been here.“

HUGE thanks, props, and gratitude for Hannah over here, she’s always on top of work flow, managing orders and staff, packaging orders like a BOSS and being the friendliest and happiest face in the place!! GIVE HER A RAISE!! Come here especially to see her, it’s worth it!“

the only thing is their crews are not trained for long while unfortunately.
But there’s a big difference now! The lady who taking my order is so kindly and generous! I having a really good amount of my rice bowl. Thank you for doing this and I hope she will stay and take care of all the others in the future.
