I highly recommend this spot! best boba you can find in the area. merch is amazing. and waffles are amazing! The employees are very welcoming and very friendly!I highly recommend everyone near by the china town area stop by for a little treat for yourself!
Stopped by this place during the lunar new year parade and it's a nice and fun place. Lots of drinks and waffles options and this special of the day was really good. Slightly pricey but that's understandable given the location. Will definitely want to come back and get a boba drink!

This place is an absolute vibe. They have the best Milk Tea/Boba I have ever had, and their mochi waffles are delicious. Strawberry Cheesecake waffle and Coconut Brown Sugar Boba is my favorite!
