Dunkin' Donuts in Brookline

“This is by far the cleanest, well maintained, friendly, professional, amazing group of people and cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to thousands. Whoever owns this establishment you need to give the three people that were on duty on Tuesday September crap I don’t know what it is either way. It was two young ladies and a man and they were awesome. I give praise and praises do and praise is definitely due for this place 10 out of 10 even though I only get five stars, I’m gonna give you guys 10 in each column. Keep it up.“

“One morning I walked in and ordered. The team was fantastic, great customer service and they were quick. The following morning I ordered mobile through the app, and they were still quick, even with the amount of people inside when I arrived. Everyone was out within minutes! Still great service and my coffee order is exactly what I expected both mornings!“

“I had an amazing experience eating at this Dunkin Donut today. My Breakfast experience was ruined due to a nasty karen. The staff maintained a professionalism trying to please that karen , but that karen was being just a b. I witnessed the staff being really nice and kind to her. She was being so rude and unjust. Some people told her to leave because she was being super rude. . God bless this location.“
