“A cute little neighborhood shop in West Roxbury. I came here on a weekend afternoon and the place was full of people inside and out enjoying a cup of gelato. You can learn the difference between ice cream and gelato from their wall decor while you decide on what flavor to get. I had high hopes for this gelato and it didn't disappoint. I got pistachio and creme brulee and definitely preferred the pistachio more. It had a light flavor that was creamy, but not overpowering. The gelato had a good texture to it and I would love to go back to try out the other flavors.“

“Solid ice cream shop. It is family owned and sauces and ice cream flavors are made there too. You can sample ice cream flavors before deciding on your order. Recently bought banana lazy bar and it was delicious. Who knew banana flavored ice cream can be decadent and tasty. It doesn't have any bitter artificial aftertaste. The crumble outside wasn't crazy sweet and had a lovely texture.“

“Amazing service. They were very nice and polite and don't even get me started with the donuts. The donuts were AMAZING they were soft fluffy crisp but not to hard they were so soft and I couldn't wait to get home to eat them I had a tiny snack in the car overall 11/10 please come here.“

“5 star But?5 star for quality but ice cream sizes are too large! They have large, medium, small, kiddo and tiny tot sizes. I got two tiny tots for my kids and both couldn’t finish them. Understand this is America and average clients wants this but honestly one tiny tot size is good for two kids. I like to get less quantity at top quality and more often. Good thing is that you don’t feel sick after eating this ice cream.“

“Like every Rita's this Rita's deserves a five star for amazing customer service and for having such a great variety of custard's, and Italian ice, they made my double stack custard with the quickness. And yes it was amazing. I suggest trying orange custard if they have it when you were there.“

“The store is clean and well lit (bright). The cookies are large but a little expensive for what you get. They rotate the flavors on a regular basis, so if you find one you really enjoy you may not be able to get it anytime soon (or again?). There is no dining on site, it is carry-out only.Parking: As with this whole section of Patriot Place: you have to park in the general lot and make your way to the restaurant. If you park parallel to rt 1 you're on ground level. If you park in front of the movie theater you have to either take the escalator by the theater or the stairs or elevator in front of the Hall of Fame/museum.“

“Great overall experience, everyone was very pleasant. The crew helped me with a very large order for my wedding. I got their infamous Penuche fudge as a gift for my wedding guests. They took the time to individually box it up and wrapped each box with a ribbon. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend!“

“It is a small place that fits about two people at a time. We got the Matcha Sundae and Thai tea Sundae. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a bit pricy but worth it. The quality of the ice cream tasted rich and smooth. The presentation was nice. It's worth a shot“

The ice cream is pretty standard - no crazy flavors and none of the extra creaminess you get from freshly made ice cream. However, it still hits the spot in a hot day when you want to hit up an old school ice cream stand. They have a few parking spaces in the front but it can be tough to navigate on a busy day.“

“I was recently shopping at Crumbl Cookie at the Dedham Plaza. My wife and I were passing on by when she asked me to look online about it while I was waiting for her while she went into Stsr Market. So I checked out what Crumbl Cookie was all about and decided when she came out that we would go over there and check it out. Upon entering I was quite shocked about how big the baking facilities were. But not to impressed with the amount of space for customers to be waiting at. Their were no chairs to sit while waiting for your order or to even sit down to eat and enjoy a cookie. But needless to say maybe it's something they can probably work on in futureAnyway the facilities were very clean and the ordering was painless. I ordered a Banana Nut bread cookie, while I also ordered a Snickdoodle cookie, we also ordered a waffle cookie which came with a side of syrup, and last but not least I wish that I could remember the cookie that we ordered but I can't remember. When we got home after eating dinner we got into the cookies and let me tell you that this was the best Snickerdoodle cookie that I've ever had. It was on the sweet side but it didn't deter me from eating it all and wishing that I had another one. MY wife and my mother in-law both enjoyed their cookies as well. All in all we would highly recommend that people give the Crumbl a chance to try out some delicious cookies and also from what I understand is that they change their menu every week with different varieties of cookies so never the same dull menu. The person working was Ta-Neja and she recommended the most delicious ice cream flavors, I immediately changed my original choice to whatever she said! Come here!!!! “First time trying I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and the banana pudding egg waffle (I don’t know if that the correct name.) they were amazing. Everything was fresh including the ice cream on the egg waffle. The egg waffle on the right was the strawberry shortcake my bf says it was 10/10. Employees are friendly and the atmosphere is calm.“

“If you like ice cream, then you must try Abbott's Frozen Custard because it's like ice cream on steriods. Creamier, smoother and it's apparently made fresh every single day on-site (you can watch the fresh custard coming out of their machine over the counter if you time your visit right!). There are a fair amount of storefronts in Needham center that have changed over the past decade but there's a reason why Abbott's has remained. Highly recommend getting one of the pies for a special occasion. I love the PB cup pie. Always a nice change of pace for thanksgiving or when bringing a dessert to a party. Abbott’s does it right!“

“My 6 year old daughter has a sever anaphylactic allergy to dairy. The staff members that are very accommodating when taking her order. Especially Evan and Liz! They are the ones that I feel most comfortable ordering her dairy-free ice cream. They go above and beyond to make my daughter what ever she wants without making her feel any "different". I am personally at ease when I see them behind the counter and will wait for them to take my order because I know my daughter is in good hands! Although every member of the team is always incredibly nice and welcoming. They take their time with each customer even it the line is wrapped around the building you will never feel rushed to order!“

“One of the reasons why I love this place is because it stays open fairly late- just in time for a late night, sweet snack. The service here is always great. The place is clean, for the most part. The toppings dishes are always filled and fresh. I love that they have healthy options like bananas, blackberries & pineapple. Mango and kiwi are my favorites. I fill my cup with fresh fruit, Boba poppers, and gummy worms. This place is rarely crowded so I'm always in and out .“
