They had a bunch of different, unique favors, and the guy working there was super helpful in letting us try out a bunch of different flavors and then telling us his favorites.

I ended up with the honeycomb, some kind of coffee flavor (I forget the name) and the apple cinnamon one. All three flavors were excellent, but I think the honeycomb was the best.

“Had a bit of time before dinner and, wait! +Ice Cream+ sign, I was lured in. Who say ya’ can’t have ice cream in January, and before dinner?

This was a great surprise and it’s a darn good thing that I don’t live close by. Really, creamy texture and just the right chewiness. Not like bubblegum chewy; am I making sense, here? Generous portions and reasonable prices.

“I truly need someone to explain to me why this place is at a 4.9 and not a 5.0 seriously. I drove my kids and I there today to link up with my sister and nieces. I ordered a raspberry and cream milkshake. Even though I'm lactose and I only got 3 sips before my 4 year old daughter stole it lol. It was great.“

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

And JP Licks was the only place that made me smile when I was happy, sad , mad or even upset. The stand appears to be staffed by school-aged children with this as a 1st job opportunity. They were eager to assist and relatively quick.
