“Absolutely amazing food and extremely friendly owners. My wife is Dominican and this is by far the closest to her family's cooking that we've been able to find in the area. Will 100% be back and would recommend to anyone. Got a rib plate with smothered rice and an empanada both were unreal.“

“Food is basic but healthy and hearty. Could use some hot sauces on the table. Not as great a selection as in Colombian restaurants, nor as enticingly sauced. And no sangria ☺️“
“Las Palmas catered my daughter’s 1st Birthday, and I was blown away at the quality of this food for the price! It was beyond delicious, and not only that, the detail they put into their presentation is what really sets them apart from other places I’ve used in the past. I will certainly be using Las Palmas again for future events. Thank you for completing our baby girls birthday.“

“A small neighborhood spot serving standard Dominican staples.
Put this place on my radar over a year ago. Dominican spots are incredibly rare in this part of town (or really anywhere near Downtown Boston). Fresh off a trip to the DR a few weeks back, I was craving a proper, heavy Dominican breakfast.
I walked in around 8 AM on a Saturday, and the hot bar was limited strictly to the usual stuff like chicharrón, fried salami, queso frito, and some wings. I was low-key hoping to load up a plate with rice, but apparently, that doesn't hit the line until 9:30 AM. Just grabbed a small plate with all the proteins stacked over a base of mangú (mashed green plantains).
Everything was decent, though naturally not as hitting the same tier as the plates I was just eating down in Santo Domingo. There are zero prices listed anywhere, which is always a bit of a gamble, but a fully loaded small plate was around $12–$13. Probably not a spot I’d go out of my way for on a regular basis, but solid if you just need a massive, good portion of Dominican comfort food.“

“Small business that serves many Spanish food options. I usually go for the Spanish rice with baked chicken but most of the time I go they usually only have the smaller fried chicken. The service is great. Quick and efficient selection style eating and you can get different plate sizes with the options you want. Small indoor sit-down eating with 3-4 tables but a good choice for take out lunch options.“

“I've only tried the empanadas so far, but I don't need to try anything else to know this place is great. They taste amazing. The edges are crunchy while the center is nice and soft. The best part of the empanadas though is that they feel oily at all, so you wont regret eating multiple.“

“It’s a really good spot with excellent organization and marketing—both inside and out. Their prices are reasonable compared to other nearby shops selling sandwiches and similar food. The sandwich is good—not mind-blowing, but definitely tasty. However, the customer service is a bit confusing; I think there’s room for improvement in that area.“

“I was in Lyn and want something quick to eat and I went to Vicky’s I found out that she only doesn’t have a buffet. She also has a nice seating space in the back with full Liqour. It was early I didn’t stay but the clients told me it is a great place to go on Fridays or Saturdays“

“This place is authentic Dominican food. I been to several DR restaurant and this is my go to for 3 reasons:portions ,price and flavor. I have tried the beef pastelito and the chicken 10/10. I always get the rice with pigeon peas, the fried pork belly and sweet plantain. They give generous amounts and the food is always fresh hot and delicious. I literally drive into Boston to come here on Saturday late mornings/early afternoons to get the pastelito. Even the selection of beverages are delish! If you are thinking of coming here, drive as fast as you can because it is so good! P.s My dad put me onto this restaurant ..we are Filipino“

“I don’t know what spell they put on the rice and beans here but I blacked out mid-bite. The carne de res was juicy, flavorful, and dangerously good. This wasn’t lunch — this was a spiritual reset. I wiped the plate clean like it owed me money. Dominican comfort food done RIGHT. This is my second time here and I am for sure coming back.“

“If you are looking for authentic Dominican food in the Lynn area, Tony Tipico is absolutely worth the stop. I love coming here. It is such a nice treat to have this level of consistency in the food. Everything always tastes fresh, flavorful, and homemade.
What I really appreciate is that this is the kind of everyday Dominican food many families actually eat back home in the DR. Real comfort food and classic street-food style offerings you would find throughout the Dominican Republic. The setup is buffet style, so you walk up, choose what you want, and they either plate it for you or pack it to go.
The ox tails are outstanding, the chicharrón is always on point, and the rice and beans never miss. Honestly, I have not had a bad meal here yet. You can tell they take pride in the food and care about the quality.
The only thing saving me is the 45-minute drive... because if I lived any closer, I would probably be a few more pounds overweight.“
