“Ran over to this DD while awaiting the hotel shuttle to return to the airport.Service was expedient. The line moved rapidly thanks to efficient service. I had a cup of Original and a Boston Kreme donut. All was well.I highly recommend this Dunkin when in the Chelsea area!“

“Looks like they don’t realize what’s rush hour. Been waiting for 20 minutes just to reach to the register to order, while there are two person in front of me. Though they mentioned they are updating their system that’s quite a long wait.“

“I track down the Dunkin' Hot Chocolet in every city I visit, I love it, it makes the perfect complement to watch the snow fall from the Cristal window, whether buying and taking, enjoying it right there from one of their always welcoming establishments or better yet, ordering from home, that hot chocolate from Donkin' "Warm up your winter."“

“Excellent, friendly staff. Always quick service, even when it's a bit busy. Truly a great place to sit and chill for a min, or grab-and-go if you need.

Parking: Only a few spots (next to Ciao), but there's usually always a couple of open spots. Most people walk here.
There's also some metered parking a minute or two down the street by the park, or free residential parking by Chestnut x Williams St. intersection.“

“First time going to this location. It's nice and new, very clean inside. Despite being busy only had to wait one person in front of me to order. Donut people have that side down like a well oiled machine. The other side though where you get your coffee is a different story. Despite there being eight people on that side, half were standing around doing nothing, the others were doing the drive-thru. Finally a lady came to make all the coffee orders after a line of people formed waiting. They really just need to have the plain coffee self serve so people can get in and out of there.“

“ok so everything was somewhat great I'm a Chelsea resident myself but there was a gentleman who was very high on some type of substance who was just walking around making everyone uncomfortable and feeling unsafe perhaps someone should do something to keep the place safe thank you !!!!!!

“They offers budget-friendly options with flavors that satisfy, making it a decent choice for the price. While the overall taste may not be the absolute best, it's a good value. I've only encountered one order mistake, but they generally have reliable service.

Parking: This is more of a drive-thru location situated on a truck route but they do offer a small parking lot in the back where you can you can fit probably 8 to 10 cars. Every time I go through the drive-thru I only notice about two or three cars there at a time

Kid-friendliness: Decent array of colorful and diverse flavored donuts and drinks suitable for children.
