“I always go to that dunkin to buy my coffee and the service is fast, but a few weeks ago I went in and there were 2 employees arguing as if they were small children’s (in my opinion it looks bad) they’d should’ve had gone in the back or somewhere were there’s no customers!!
And also I went in today and there was a tall lady who was just sitting and eating were they make the sandwiches her name started with a J.
But they are really fast with orders.“
“I track down the Dunkin' Hot Chocolet in every city I visit, I love it, it makes the perfect complement to watch the snow fall from the Cristal window, whether buying and taking, enjoying it right there from one of their always welcoming establishments or better yet, ordering from home, that hot chocolate from Donkin' "Warm up your winter."“
“Excellent, friendly staff. Always quick service, even when it's a bit busy. Truly a great place to sit and chill for a min, or grab-and-go if you need.
Parking: Only a few spots (next to Ciao), but there's usually always a couple of open spots. Most people walk here.
There's also some metered parking a minute or two down the street by the park, or free residential parking by Chestnut x Williams St. intersection.“
“This Dunkin donuts has one of the best Dunkin atmospheres in Boston. Recently, many Boston Dunkin locations have become stale, boring, lifeless locations by removing seating, prioritizing drive-thru service over lobby service., etc- but walk into this location any day to receive friendly greetings in multiple languages and a lobby that is clean and full of energy and life.
I don't come here very often but somehow my drink order was even memorized. Top marks to this team.“
“The place was very packed and the wait time was a bit long but the service was lovely! I have no idea what her name is but the new girl who started working there either a month or 2 ago, with dark curly or Afro like hair, who wears glasses I believe, is the sweetest and so polite!!
The matcha was ok though.“
“When I do decide to stop for a quick breakfast in the morning I always choose this dunkin' donuts on Eastern Ave and Chelsea I live in Revere and I still rather go to the one in Chelsea because the food is always hot and fresh the coffee's always just the way I want it and they're so efficient I'm literally in there for 2 minutes and I'm out no matter how many people in front of me and above all their nice kind people thought I'd share my experience.“
“They offers budget-friendly options with flavors that satisfy, making it a decent choice for the price. While the overall taste may not be the absolute best, it's a good value. I've only encountered one order mistake, but they generally have reliable service.
Parking: This is more of a drive-thru location situated on a truck route but they do offer a small parking lot in the back where you can you can fit probably 8 to 10 cars. Every time I go through the drive-thru I only notice about two or three cars there at a time
Kid-friendliness: Decent array of colorful and diverse flavored donuts and drinks suitable for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap accessible ramp through the front door of the building“
“We came to this location after having a horrible experience at the one across the street. We were greeted with a kind employee who was quick to remake us drinks we wanted (we were rushed and they didn’t have my husband’s original order at the previous location). We encourage you to go here instead of the one across the street!“
