“I pass by this place 4x a week as I go to work to pittsfield. I order the same and the people that works there they do remember and they great you. There is few coworkers there that makes my day super special The it's one of them. He is always in a good mood and it's so respectful. I hope he always is there to great me, what a nice person and a great customer service. The coffee it's always made the right way for me, and the multigram bagel are always fresh and not toast burned. They put a good amount of (strawberry) cream cheese. Of all Dunkin that I pass by I do stop in this specific one. I know I will have what I did asked and not a hard old bagel or tasteless last part of an ice old coffee.Thanks for your service.I recommend this place if you don't want to have headaches in your am.Thumbs up ?????“

“Best cake donut I've ever had. I love the "top-to-order" approach-- super cool to watch and ensures you are having super fresh donuts. Their weekend raised donuts were also amazing-- love the variety of flavors and the display made it hard to choose--they all looked so delicious! As a pastry chef, I do a lot of "research" into bakeries, patisseries and donut shops; this is one I'll be sure to stop by any time I am in the Berkshires. Thank you!!!“

“I worked here 30 years ago right before they rehabbed the building and I decided to come back to see that. Pretty much absolutely. Nothing has changed about that place like nothing at all. That being said, I give it the reading that I give it based on this in that area with the options that you have available to you. If you want Dunkin donuts you should go to this one. This one is as close to any other one as it's exactly supposed to be. Everything is Middle of the road just like the McDonald's next door. Not great but exactly the way it is supposed to be per franchise expectation.“

“Only two people behind the counter on a Monday morning. Young lady at the register was very busy but very friendly, and great multitasker. The manager running the drive through was working hard, but a little abrasive with customers sometimes.“
