“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“Shout out to wonderful workers there! The “pick up” team member saw me walk in sweaty and tired ( mid run on a 90 degree day) grabbing a Gatorade and water and immediately made eye contact and said she could help me so I didn’t have to stand in lane with the lunch goers. “We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. “The sons and daughters of Italy in America had their lodge Christmas party at the Main Street Cafe in Leominster. we had 25 people it was absolutely delicious Italian food! The staff was kind and efficient the ambiance in this shoppe is festive and beautiful!! The lemoncello cake was an A++ do yourself a favor and stop in for unique gift ideas!!!!“

“The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

“Just oversaw my 3rd high tea event at this lovely, charming cafe and, all 27 of my guests had a fabulous time! The petit sandwiches, homemade scones and delectable desserts are so, so delicious, and so very filling! Many tea choices too! Great place for a baby or bridal shower, birthday party, company event, etc…. Also, breakfast and lunch on some days during the week. Lots of parking and right on Main St in Hudson. Come see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed 🎉🥳“

Today I went and perhaps there was someone new on the line, I ordered a grandmas meatball and it did not have any basil or garlic aioli on it. Nevertheless it was still delicious and I won’t count that against them. Always super fresh ingredients and the chowder is amazing too!“

“Second visit here with my lady, and somehow we ended up sitting in the same spot as our first visit. The food was just as delicious as we remembered: fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Again, the tea was perfect - smooth, perfectly steeped, and completed the meal.

It is an awesome place to unwind after a morning hike, as it has a calm and inviting atmosphere. You will find the staff to be very courteous without being intrusive. It’s got that small-town comfort with outstanding food. Definitely one of those spots that gets better every time you go.“

I send gift baskets in lei of flowers for various occasions, especially for those grieving the loss of a loved one. “I would recommend the food is wonderful, usually the service is good! Almost always! Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“I get lunch here a few times a week as I work close by. I only have a 30 min lunch so I always order through the app and use the super convenient curbside pickup. I never have an issue with my food or service. Today my lettuce in my salad was pretty rotten. I called to let them know so they could toss what they had left and wouldn’t have any other complaints. Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal. 10 minutes later the manger was at my work dropping off coupon cards for me! What incredible service! She is the manager and she is running food for curbside, answering phones, AND driving to peoples work to make orders right?!?!? Someone give this woman a raise! And everyone reading this please be nice to your food service workers. They are feeding us during a global pandemic. Thank you!“

“I stopped in for a warm place to wait for my son’s appointment, and what a treat! It’s 715am and snowy, but Panera is open, warm and friendly. I got a small coffee and cherry pastry and a toasty seat by the fire. The whole place was clean and bright, the staff friendly and ready, despite the early hour and the storm.
