“Katie's Ice Cream on Main Street in Hyannis is easily the best ice cream spot on the Cape! We tried the limited menu window, located to the left of the main entrance—often missed by those heading directly inside. The Cookies and Cream and Death by Chocolate we had were exceptional. Alexis was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending flavors that perfectly suited our tastes. Amazing service and a fantastic local business you shouldn't miss!"“

A heads up that they provide wooden spoons to eat with, so if that gives you a nails-on-a-chalkboard feeling like it does me, either plan to get a cone or bring your own spoon. “Holiday hill ice cream is an interesting building. They should be serving up smash burgers and hand cut fries with the shape of the building. Ice cream was good mine was melting once I got it and it only 78 out. Another one had ice chunks in it but still good. Nice little place. Last the service was good the person was nice and friendly. “The staff was nice although seemed very new, which does not come as a surprise since the whole place seems new. Flavor selection was very limited. The main reason this gets 4 stars and not 3 is the portions were generous. I would say that there are other better icecream places nearby but this is a solid choice.“

“Went for Blizzards with my son. The value and taste of them was great. They were filled with all the wonderful tastes we expected. We did take out and ate them on the spot because we know they melt quickly. My tip would be if you are going to travel with them ask your server to not fill them up so much so they won’t overflow.

“It has incredibly creamy and delicious ice cream. They offer tasty sundaes with a good variety of flavors. Refreshing drinks and shakes are available. Additionally, they offer an excellent option for ordering an acai bow. Very polite and amiable is the woman working the window. A place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was also suggested by her. It's a big assistance! This location is without a doubt recommended.“

“Went in to pick up an ice cream sheet cake, early in the morning, for my two kids’ birthday party. The manager, Arthur, had a cake in the back that still needed to be decorated. He brought it out and invited my son to help decorate, taught him to use the icing bag, and let him pick colors and toppings to decorate with. This experience was special for my kid and Arthur went above and beyond to make it fun. Can’t speak to the food here, as I haven’t dined at this DQ, but this was an amazing and unexpected customer service experience. Thanks DQ and Arthur!
