“Great coffee, as always, and the service was quick since I was the only one in there. But they were out of the regular milk (not that big a deal) and the place was filthy. No one swept the floors, let alone washed them in a while. The napkin holders were empty and what was left was all over the floor. I didn't plan on siting down (long way home to PA), but I saw that the tables weren't cleaned in a while either.Overall, this store looked run down and forgotten. Full disclosure though, it was my third time coming here (once a year for a conference) and this is the only one when I was thrown back and didn't like it.“

Got a great bagel and red eye, ended leaving with a smoking tele clone with case. The vibes are unmatched; where else can you noodle out on some very cool guitars, boutique and restored pedals, and some nice tube amps?“

“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

“I went for the first time, even though I didn’t care for what I ordered, I will go back again! ( I tried something new) The two people working were very friendly. They made every effort when I told them I didn’t care for my meal. I ended up with bagel and cream cheese that was really. My friend had a blt, she loved it. It’s comfy and nicely decorated.“

“I did not go in. I drove a friend's son there on the way to his workplace. This is apparently his usual stop for breakfast on the way to work.

My own impression of this location is that it can be hard to get into a very busy North Main St, especially if you need to turn left.“

“Me and my husband was on a road trip from NYC and we stopped in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot there was a young man Justin or Justine on his break he overheard my husband saying what he wanted the line was long he returned from his break when I got to the counter both coffee was made to our perfection amazing and we tipped very generously“

“The two women who were working there this morning were very nice. I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. They would not accept a tip either - and simply asked me to “pay it forward“. Thank you for the great service!“

“Coffee and muffin were delicious. The line can be slow moving, but if you have time to be patient it's worth the wait. My one note is that I found the wifi to be unusually slow the one time I tried to hang out for an hour and get some work done.“

“Dunkin had always been a great stop for a quick snack. They always have great personal working as well as management working for them. When I need a good cold iced coffee this is my go-to! Very refreshing on a hot day! If your looking for a good refreshment at a reasonable price I would recommend choosing Dunkin Donuts!“

“I recently purchased a pouch of your FBOP Ceylon black tea. It is excellent IMO. I use 1 tsp tea leaves per cup. The ad says 4 oz, but the pouch reads 200g (7oz).“

“The coolest Dunkin' I've even been to hands down, but the service was not the best, though. There were only two employees working there, and the one behind the counter misheard my very clear order. When they put out my order, I told them that it was supposed to be something else, and they happily remade it and were really apologetic about it. The swing outside is a cool touch, and all the cool signs inside are a nice touch, too. It is weird that there is no drive-thru, though.“

“It's a Nice Remodeled Dunkin Donuts. Has An Area in the Corner with Chairs and also Tables where people can sit and eat or drink there coffee and food!!!

But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“Gas station dunkin' donuts, they do a nice job of separating a space for you to sit and eat and it's clean. It said we filled up with gas and got our breakfast wrap and got back on the road to head to North Carolina. Food was fresh and tasty!“

“Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.“

I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

“This is my fav Dunks! Last time I went to pick up an on-the-go order, the woman at the counter offered to remake my coffee so it would be hot. I declined because it was my fault i was late to pick up the order lol! But that was tremendously nice of her. She was super friendly and made me laugh. Everything I got was delicious, especially the avocado toast and latte. The staff at this Dunks always go above and beyond 😎“
