“Great coffee, as always, and the service was quick since I was the only one in there. But they were out of the regular milk (not that big a deal) and the place was filthy. No one swept the floors, let alone washed them in a while. The napkin holders were empty and what was left was all over the floor. I didn't plan on siting down (long way home to PA), but I saw that the tables weren't cleaned in a while either.Overall, this store looked run down and forgotten. Full disclosure though, it was my third time coming here (once a year for a conference) and this is the only one when I was thrown back and didn't like it.“

“Finally got to the Melody Maker this morning, and I’m so mad that it took me this long! Zach (spelling?) was welcoming and cheerful. I ordered two bagel sandwiches, an iced chai and a black iced coffee. Everything was made fresh and reasonably fast! The vibe is amazing, with lots of local art and crafts for sale. My bagel sandwich (the mozzarella Vespa) was EXCELLENT and my chai was delicious. We will be returning soon!“

“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

“I saw a TikTok about aroma joes yesterday and IMMEDIATELY told my boyfriend we got to GO NOW. We went I got hashbrowns and the blue Hawaiian rush…..God Bless Aroma Joes seriously. “coming to this location is always good. They have a hard worker named Pablo. That is extremely funny if you get to know him and make your drink very good if you feel like there’s something slightly off with your order let him know and he is more than polite to help you out, after receive my drink, needed a little bit more caramel and coconut. He had no problem just add a little bit more. the atmosphere is good could use a little bit more stand room for the space. Other than that very good location I mention Pablo only because of his actual work effort I watch him make people orders for others and the way he treats the customers like he cares. i’ve asked him do you like coming to work he says he’s loves it. He loves coming to this Duncan to work. that is what you call. Dedication to work for the company of Dunkin. the other employees that work here they just do their job but don’t seem to really care how their customers drinks are made they just make it and then send you on your way so by time you leave if you are in a rush, you won’t know what your drink taste like till you take your first sip when I go to Dunkins I can’t be choosy who makes my drink, but I prefer to go when Pablo is working.

Parking: parking lot is hard to find a space to park all the time because this location is a gas station as well so people come here to buy stuff in the store as well as put gas in their vehicles and the customers that go to Dunkins it may be a little somewhat difficult to find a parking space if it’s heavily active in the store between certain times of the day, there are more customers

Kid-friendliness: I see kids here all the time I don’t know when location of Dunkin that wasn’t kid friendly I think this is a great location like any other Dunkin one thing that your kid may enjoy here is the donuts there always fresh at least when I go and get them

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessibility is good. The space for vehicles for parking will very dependent on the sides of vehicle. You are traveling in if you are using a wheelchair accessibility van, then it may be hard for you to use the ramp of the van due to space in the parking lot, but if you are able to get out your vehicle and get yourself into your wheelchair, then it would be a good place for you“

“I recently purchased a pouch of your FBOP Ceylon black tea. It is excellent IMO. I use 1 tsp tea leaves per cup. The ad says 4 oz, but the pouch reads 200g (7oz).“

“As soon as you walk in, you are greated by a friendly voice . The owner Nelly is the definition of loving . I ordered the garden omelet which is perfectly cooked and every bite was delicious. Not to mention the homefries are nice and crispy. They have plenty of dairy free options for your coffee, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend taking some time and coming here to eat! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“
