On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“

“Went there for a late lunch today, we've been there plenty of times before however this is the first time I think for lunch in a long time. The bartender I should have gotten her name she was amazing! Definitely keep her! The food was excellent we had the oysters and shrimp cocktail, Buffalo tenders, chowder, salad and seafood pasta. I decided to give alley CAT a chance after a BAD experience at Mama's kitchen. So I went to Mama'sKitchen. I ordered bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin with an extra slice of bacon and an OJ. She asked if I wanted a side of bacon and I said no just an extra slice on the sandwich. So she rings it up and it came to $15.45. I questioned it and asked for a refund. She explained the bill and that a side of bacon was $4.50 and I told her I didn't ask for a side. she started being rude to me telling me well thats how it goes, extra bacon comes on the side. What's sad is that a customer sitting at the counter even questioned her and why if I was asking for 1 slice of bacon that she would charge me for a whole side. Since the food wasn't cooked I asked her for a refund and she said they wouldn't do it, that "they are a small business and don't have the capability to do it" that is an absolute BS All "card swipe" machines have the ability to offer a refund. And before people start running their mouths it's only $15. It's the damn point.“

Actually everyone enjoyed their food. Service was good, waitress very nice and attentive. Inside area is not large, yet seats were comfortable and clean. Prices were reasonable. It is a hidden gem. It seems like more of a take out establishment when we went to the Millbury location. But my coworker had the chicken tenders and she said her meal was equally delicious. “OK, first of all, this place ain't the Capital Grill. There is an extensive menu of decent food and good beer offerings. Prices are very reasonable, waitstaff are great. They have musical bingo 2x per week, which we enjoy, and other activities. Overall, a good fun place.“

“My wife and I have been here many times. It's an almost 40-45 min ride and we do it almost monthly. I'm surprised to see negative reviews about this place because I have never once had a bad experience, either with the food or service. The sushi has got to be the absolute best within the area and beyond. Food is plentiful and delicious. Not the biggest restaurant but always cozy and the staff is always attentive and polite no matter the time of the day. We will continue to frequent this restaurant as long as it's open, don't sell yourself short, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!“

“Finally REAL CHINESE FOOD with actual homemade duck sauce! I haven't found one Chinese place I like in NC. Their noodles are so different and their duck sauce is always in a packet! Dope barbeque down south but they definitely lack on the seafood and Chinese! This is my personal favorite Chinese place“
