“This place is amazing! The outside is deceiving (in an old church?). But the food is stellar!! Came across it by accident while at a wedding and cannot say enough. Has the Thai iced tea, rice noodle bowl, fried tofu, and rice bowl. Nothing was beyond excellent!!“
“Delicious Pad Thai! I ordered shrimp pad Thai and there were very few shrimp but could have been a mistake. The flavor is great. Crab rangoons were alright! Pretty sweet. Overall I'm excited to try more items from here. Reasonable prices for big portions and the inside is a good vibe.“
“My husband and I go here often. Very affordable and everything is made fantastically. They're very accommodating as we have a small child, but they're always friendly and kind. They have been a regular favorite and even though we moved away, we still make the trip back just for Nobo's. “We loved the place, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were very generous, the prices were on the lower side compared to other towns closer to Boston. The owner even us the dish for free (they had chicken something (nuggets, or skewers) special, and they wanted us to try it, and it was very delicious. We were visiting Lowell cotton museum on a snowy January Sunday, thus we wanted to eat inside. We were the only ones inside, but there were so many people coming in to pick up their orders, so I figured we made the right choice for lunch, this place must be popular among locals. “This is easily the best poke place I've ever been to. The consistent quality of all of the ingredients is extremely impressive. At first I thought to was a fluke "they must have just got some fresh salmon, there's no way it can be this good every time". Somehow it's really that good every time. Even the cilantro is fantastic the avocado, the sushi rice. I wish I lived closer I would probably be here every other week.“

“I've been hearing about this place for years but I've never been.If you're not an Asian food fanatic like I am, it's honestly probably a pretty good place to go. The food isn't too weird and the spice is pretty moderate.Personally, I tried the sushi and a cooked dish and neither will happen again.The server did lots of Japanese-ish things that didn't really make sense but I've been there. It might be fun if you're not super into it.“
“Went here 2/29 for the first time, Wendy and Kait were absolutely amazing, attentive, kind and quick! The food was hot, fresh and had amazing presentation! Drinks were fantastic and the pricing is beyond reasonable! We will be back ASAP! HIGHLY RECOMMEND both their Chinese food and Japanese food, sushi, egg rolls and lo mein were incredible! “My husband and I stopped in for the first time today around 4:30pm. I’ll say I wasn’t expecting to see such a nice table layout. They have a nice dinning area, not too dark and the other side of the restaurant was divided for the tavern section to keep it private.Our waiter was very friendly taking our order and came around several times to check in on us.My husband had a coke and I always get a pot of tea. When the food came I was a tad disappointed that it’s the already prepared frozen type china blossom food. Peas in the rice. You know that they did doctor it up with roast pork, scrambled egg, and sprouts.Overall for the food was prepared very good for what it is.The chicken fingers crispy but soft inside, not oily. When I go to a Chinese restaurant I normally judge them by their crab Rangoons. It would be nice for a homemade type wrap over the already made Rangoons.The price was pretty decent for the combination plates we got. Maybe it was the time of day everything was pretty fresh. I will be back to try some other old favorites like Happy Family and lomein.“

Veggies were crunchy and light, fried rice was fresh. Good value and considerately packaged. Very fresh. Highly recommend this place.“
“I go here regularly and the food, drink, and service are consistently very good. The hibachi selections are excellent - you can order them whether you sit at a hibachi cooktop or a regular table. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. They have a fair amount of turnover with their servers, but they all seem to do a great job.“
“My book club meets at Shanghai Osaka frequently for our discussion. There is a large function room in the back which accommodates our group which can sometimes be more than 25 people. We are separated from the other patrons so we do not disturb them. The service has always been spectacular considering the size of our group. I usually get some kind of Lo Mein. The portion is generous in size & always comes out hot. Since there is only bottled beer, I usually treat myself to a MaiTai-yum-one is enough! The restaurant is tucked away in a corner with other businesses. There is plenty of parking.“
“We went there for a birthday and ordered 2 combo platters (hot and raw). It was a lot of food, and was cut fresh so there was a little wait, but it was worth it. Fresh, melt in your mouth sushi. It was different types of salmon combination which was exactly what we were looking for. The wait staff was very nice.“

“A friend and I went to to Tomo on 02/18/2024 for a nice lunch. We sat at the bar which had enough seating for us to relax and enjoy our meal. We did order a quite bit for just 2 people but everything was fresh and delicious.We ordered the Blackened Tuna, Hamachi Kama , Spicy Tartar Tower, Spicy Tuna Gyoza, Pork Short ribs and Grilled Chilean Sea Bass for appetizers.The Blackened Tuna was the best ! It was fresh, seared and cooked to perfection. The Spicy Tuna Gyoza were a little over fried as you can see from the pictures but well within normal limits. The inside was warm and tasty.The Pork Short Ribs were tender and sticky with a tasty soy glaze. All in all everything we ordered was delicious. The only caveat was the Hamachi Kama was not quite as fatty as I was hoping for. IT was very good with some rice though.Our bartender was pleasant and prompt and overall the ambience was welcoming and warm. We have been any ties over the years and will definitely be back.“

We are both very happy we did. Our host Fred was awesome, very professional, friendly and very helpful. Fred gave us a great & simple quote to help our special day be less stressful and more enjoyable. The cooks and waitstaff were friendly & welcoming.
