Bar tenders always a pleasure. Everything I’ve had has tasted great. I’ve had a lot more as I come here a few times a month. Pizza, subs, wings, fried dough, tacos and more. A must try when you’re in the area. Some nights can get busy so be aware of the crowd.“

“First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“we just got take out from the Billerica 99s and our meal was wrong . We called just to see if they could make us another one and they went above and beyond to make up for it. They made us a whole new order, gave our money back and gave us a free dessert! I l know things happen and food isn't always the way it should be during take out but I appreciate the fact they went above what they could of to replace it. @billerica“

We usually go for lunch during the week and they're very accommodating of the fact that we're on a time limit for lunch. Their seasonal specials are unique and yummy.
