“this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

I always feel welcome, it attracts the best people, I love not being around drunks, I drastically prefer how kava makes me feel over alcohol, and I have a blast playing with some of the kids who have clued me in on the location of their secret treasure trove of toys. It's also great to be able to dance AND kick back on a couch to watch the talented musicians who play there. The open jams are amazing. The fundraising events are powerful. Mike is the man. This is, without a doubt, my favorite venue/bar, and I'd be a constant fixture if I lived closer.“

Prices are a little high and there’s no bathroom that I saw ( maybe have to go outside after asking for a key, I don’t know) but what fun we had! “I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin' Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:

Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.

We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,

Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.

I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!

“Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Walked up to the register, it was about 2:30 so an off time on a Monday. No line. They didn’t see me right away as it seemed like maybe it was a break hour, but once they did was very friendly. I had just ordered my food next door at Cibao Kitchen but saw Croffles on this menu and HAD to try after seeing these floating around instagram. The cashier said they take about 5-7 minutes, cool with me. Also ordered their magic mocha bubble milk. The croffle came out in the expected time and it was amazing! I got the tiramisu croffle, I need to try every single one on the menu. Amazing. I can’t wait to see how they evolve and level up their game, as I believe this is a new spot. The magic mocha was pretty decent, and I liked the ice cubes they use. I will definitely be back!“
