“Found this place my accident on our way back from Ikea and it was a pleasant surprise! The staff greeted us immediately, we sat in the room away from the bar but honestly the bar was not rowdy, the sports on tv was load enough to hear but not blaring. The food was Amazing with large positions and our waitstaff, Erin was attentive and personable. we will make this our 'go-to' when we are in the area!!“
“I don't know what it is about the tavern in the squares. I've been to the one Braintree and the one in Weymouth numerous times. The food is always good. The wait staff just seems like they're not quite trained all the way. I've used the gift card. I've had both times to use it app that somebody gave me for Christmas and they seem very confused about how to redeem it. When I asked for a receipt showing the balance left on the gift card, it confuses them even more. I don't know. It's like they weren't there on the final day of class. That being said, they're always very nice. Very friendly. It's just little things seem to not be there. That's why it's only four stars and not five“

“Great experience here and Marcus the manager was the best. We came in 5mins before they closed and they accommodated us immediately, stayed open and let us diner in. After a long day of travel, we were in need of food and it was the cleanest and best quality out of all the 99’s in the area, maybe that I’ve ever been to!!!“

“this public House feels like a public home. there is a great community of regular customers who are really nice people. they offer a full bar and food. there is an outdoor area with great ambiance and games. they have a lot of fun weekly activities like karaoke and live music. they also just got in a new pool table with beautiful new cloth and balls. I myself don't actually drink anymore so I don't spend a lot of money when I go there but I am treated like I am important, welcome and wanted. this is a great place to hang out. this is a real review. I don't work for this place in any capacity. I found it a couple of months ago and I'm glad that I did.“

With that said, I stopped one day at Charred Oak with my spouce on a whim... from the time we walked in that first day to as recent as this evening there is something very special about this place!From the food and drink to the staff who is like extended family. “We were seated right away. Our server was Hannah, she was amazing, took our drink order right away. Returned with our drinks and took our appetizer order which was delivered at the perfect time for us. Was delicious. Shrimp scampi tostinos. I ordered the braised beef knoccies in a garlic Parmesan sauce with spinach and tomatoes. Was delicious. Hannah was wonderful, checked on us frequently and one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Loved the live music. We’ll be back. Thank you Hannah.“

“My fiancé and I were in town for an event and stopped in at TK O’Shea’s around 3:30 PM for a bite to eat. Our waitress, Mars, was absolutely incredible! Even though she was handling all the tables on her own, she stayed on top of everything with a great attitude. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. After our event, we decided to stop back in for a cocktail—and Mars was still working and still absolutely killing it! When we told her how fantastic our experience had been, she was so kind and genuinely grateful. Unfortunately, we heard that she’d had to deal with a rude customer earlier, which was disappointing to hear. People need to remember to be patient—yes, service might have been a little slower than usual, but she was doing the work of several people and doing it with a smile. We’ll definitely be back next year when we return for our annual event. The food was great, but the service was truly unmatched.“
