“Our recent hibachi experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to an incredibly talented chef, Abe, who delivered both an unforgettable show and a mouth-watering meal. From the moment we sat down, the energy was vibrant, and our chef’s friendly personality immediately set the tone for a fantastic night. Our son especially enjoyed the show!
The chef’s performance was skillful and entertaining, captivating everyone at our table. Each trick—from the iconic onion volcano to the precise egg toss—was executed perfectly, blending impressive techniques with humor and enthusiasm. It was clear that our chef not only knew his craft but genuinely enjoyed sharing it with his guests.
As for the food, every bite was a testament to quality and attention to detail. The vegetables were crisp and flavorful, the steak and chicken were cooked to perfection, and each course was seasoned just right. Even the fried rice was a standout, rich with flavor and cooked with a perfect balance of texture.

“I usually get a normal steamed chicken bowl and it's absolutely delicious, I've gotten other bowls and they're so full of flavor with high quality ingredients as well. It's quite a generous portion as well. The workers are really nice as well. And they have good Boba tea and some other surprisingly good drinks, I don't want to butcher the name though.
Vegetarian options: Most of their ingredients are vegetarian and they have good tofu to substitute for other things.
Wheelchair accessibility: It uses a ramp to get in the restaurant instead of stairs.“

“Lovely interior and very quick staff. All entrees came with a side salad and a side miso soup as an appetizer. Both were great and justified meal prices. Worth a try if you are in the mood for Japanese food and around Amherst.? Chicken Donbori Katsu: 8.7/10 hearty and yummy! (≈$18)? Spicy Salmon Roll: 7.5/10 solid but nothing special (≈$6)? Salmon Donbori Bowl: 8/10 solid (≈$16)? Tofu Yaki Udon: 9/10 delicious tofu! (≈$16)“

“Well above the typical food court service. The food combos and bento boxes are both great. First thing you’ll probably notice is when you step up to have your order taken they don’t bark something like “chicken with fried rice?” translation: hurry up dummy order something we have a lot of at the moment. Then glare at you impatiently if you want something else. These folks apparently learned this brand of “customer service” never goes over well and just say: “Hi, how are you?” And smile. How refreshing. Beyond this, the food is indeed fresh (as declared on the sign) and the cook is grilling it up right there in front of you fast (no steam table) then offers extra sauce, dig in. Surprisingly good! Thanks. You guys are good.“

“REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻♀️🙄“
