“Delicious food, prepared with care & love. I had a jerk chicken & plantain wrap — highly recommend. For dessert, key lime pie — out of this world. Excellent service & atmosphere.“

“We all had something different from the menu. The swordfish was cooked perfectly and had a great sauce on it, the Bavette and Macfaldine dishes were also excellent. Did not care for the caesar salad before of the kale greens. It is a small place so make reservations. Michaela was absolutely great and we all had a fun time.“

“First time here, and it was a hit. All the food we had was great, and the service was great too. I just finished my leftover pork chop, and even after microwaving it, it was awesome and I nearly gnawed on the bone. The scotch bonnet pepper hot sauce was a great addition too. Drink menu was good and my wife said her eggplant salad (though not really called a salad??) was literally the best salad she has ever had.“

“I am of Bajan decent. Today I experienced the goat and Coucou (sp?). It was so good that I found myself swaying and humming. I almost expected my Bajan grandmother to enter the room and join me. The food was so tasty, comforting and just spicy enough. I also had the opportunity to meet Chester, the owner and Chef. In speaking with him, it is clear to note that he is committed to his community. While recognizing some of the problems, he comes forward offering solutions! I wish the best to this establishment and its patient staff as I will return. Q.M. Zakiya“

“La Fábrica Central in Cambridge brings together bold Latin flavors and a vibrant club-like atmosphere, making it as much a nightlife destination as it is a restaurant. The space is large and energetic, with colorful murals, high ceilings, loud music, and lighting that shifts the mood from dinner to full-on party as the night goes on. The tacos and enchiladas are flavorful and generously portioned, and the margaritas are strong and well-balanced, adding to the celebratory vibe. As the evening builds, the DJ-driven soundtrack and packed dance floor give it a true club setting, perfect for birthdays, group outings, or anyone looking for dinner that turns into a night out.“

“Yesterday was our first time at Fete. The hostess was friendly and explained how their menu worked. Our server was Alexis she was so attentive and great at her job. Food was great, music was awesome. We came to celebrate my bf birthday and Alexis and the fete team was great acknowledging that and giving him a cheesecake.
Definitely would recommend fete and ask for Alexis.“

“UPDATE: all this food lasted me three meals--two lunches, a large dinner. Also gave some of the rice to my Haitian students at school and they confirmed that it was really good
Got take out. All this was $20 (I think that's a good amount of food for the price)
Griot, diri kole, bannann peze, side salad, sos ti malis and a little bit of pikliz.
Pork was pretty soft on the inside, nice outer texture. Could be a bit crispier but that's ok, it was still amazing. Love that they don't cut off the fat, nice and tender. Melts in your mouth
Pikliz is also great, love that they keep it spicy, none of that watered down mild spice for ppl who can't handle it.
Rice was als great, gave a good amount. Peas were soft, plenty of flavor. Epis they make you can tell is really good.
Bannan peze was fried fresh, nice big thick cuts. Pairs perfect with the pikliz. Sos ti malis also good and thick.
CALL ahead tho to check if they have everything. Seems like it's just one lady cooking in the back, but she's really nice.“

“i will definitely be visiting The D Coal Pot again very soon. The food is fresh taste great and really good. I was driving and came upon this restaurant i didn't plan on going to this restaurant but I said to self stop and get a few Patties and wouldn't you know they had no Patties. I left the restaurant with Corn Soup Peas & Rice Chicken Roti Beef Roti. I also got to try a dessert I've never had before I don’t know the name of it but had Guava Sweet Potato Coconut and other things to make this dessert which was really good so I ordered 2 to go. D Coal Pot is definitely a place you must visit and get a meal.“

“Great place for date night.“
“When I went here I ended up coming a bit confused at the style of cuisine but, later after trying it I end up very impressed. This mix of Trinidadian and Soul Food is like a Happy Marriage. The Curry Chicken, Brown Rice, Macaroni, Collard Greens, and Sorrel I had made for a pretty memorable meal for me. I didn’t not expect food like this to come out of a Small Mom and Pop’s Shop. I will definitely be coming here again.“
“You can’t go wrong with anything you order from them! Everything is fresh and the owner is a great guy.“

“Shrimp Roti is good 🍤. I don't care for the boneless as the meat can be too dry, but the flavor is great. However, there has been a time where I felt like the meat was rushed as it had no flavor 😕. The wait time is way too long, and I can never figure out why this is my biggest complaint, unless you go as soon as they open ⏳. I do have to say the family, for the most part, is polite and friendly 😊.“

“Came here for the oxtail, was not disappointed! I do wish it had more meat on it but it was so flavorful and well seasoned. Perfectly paired with rice and beans &pikliz & plantains. The food was so fresh and smelled delicious. The place was a little hard to find but just look at the numbers on the door. Parking wasn’t bad.“

“As a Venezuelan I could say the place is charming and well designed and decorated with details that remind me of Venezuela, most of the food my son and I got last night was very good, the trio de empanadas divine... Shredded beef was delicious as one of the best I've had since I left Venezuela, black beans also very good, the cachapa super delicious but a little too cold for my liking. The only disappointment related towards the food we got unfortunately was the arepa, was very dry and it felt it was previously made and reheated... The tequeños were ok, not the best ones and I think they are overpriced. The service was confusing... When we enter the restaurant one of the guys looked at us like, what do you want!? He wasn't welcoming
But our server was attentive.
Definitely we would come back to try more dishes and get more empanadas!!“

“Stopped in for breakfast before court. Was hungry and had stress induced stomach ache coming on and needed to get some food in me. Got the saltfish breakfast and it was delicious. Their hot sauce taste like what I’ve only found in Rwanda and Caribbean Panama. Had to remind myself to slow down and not overdo it before court. Getting some real food in my stomach was exactly what was needed to get through a stressful morning.“

“The food here is always delicious. But we just went for drinks and to dance. This is a Dominican spot that converts to a club vibe on the weekends. I always enjoy myself at El Molinos. The DJ understood the assignment. It is an older crowd and the music was on point. There aren't enough spots that cater to Gen X. I was happy ?.“

“On the outskirts of Downtown Lynn here's a spot that serves tasty authentic Hatian food with good serving sizes. Chicken so good that it slides off the bone!
Pikliz was crunchy and a little spicy to add a kick of flavor. Dish served with generous amounts of sauce. Papaya juice was thickened with too much whipped cream, though. You can't go wrong with the bunun peze (pressed fried plaintains). The atmosphere could use some decoration, and better music choice could be switched to Haitian music to celebrate the culture with pride and set the right vibe. It's a small business/family owned restaurant, so I can overlook some issues and hope they improve over time with listening to the constructive feedback. Street parking is available, and the place is easy to find off the street. Service was friendly and the food was great, so a good experience overall. Merci!
Parking: Street parking available around the area“
