Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking that you can easily get out of the car and into a wheelchair. The doors automatically slide open, so you don't have to worry about having to find the handicap button.“

“My neighbor stops at Donut Dip each time he is driving to his family in Red Hook, NY. After trying some examples from Donut Dip, I have settled on the jelly filled cruller as the best donut that is available today. It is dense, crunchy, sweet, full of “donut flavor”. Incredible. “Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. That’s great customer service you don’t see anymore! Coffee baristas deal with a lot and little gestures like that always make me smile.“

“I visited this location this morning after my shopping trip at BJ’s the gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly. He took my order and then never told me it was ready another customer told me mine was there and when I got home it was missing two donuts not a pleasant experience today it was at about 10 o’clock so I don’t know who was working but he is not a nice individual and I don’t believe He is in a job that suits his personality oh and by the way the customer that told me mine was ready was an employee of BJ’s and he was very talkative and kind to her just thought I would share my unpleasant experience“

“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!

Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! I wish they could take tips!! Keep up the great job!“

“They get a lot of traffic but are always consistent. They take care of their regulars somehow at the same time. During lunch the line can be pretty crazy but if you are there early you will skip all that.

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

“Place to stop when riding bike on the rail trail. Had a great Americano coffee . Barista explained how to make them properly. This was the destination in mind when I bought my bike.“

“Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“This Starbucks is truly phenomenal!! I was in town visiting for a week and stopped here on a regular basis. Every single employee was super friendly and helpful, plus the service was top-notch!! The spaciousness of this location is huge, and I can see why so many people love coming here!!! ✔️😊“

“This is a great new location, right by the Connecticut river. The times we have been it hasn't been busy and we don't have to wait long for our orders. We like having the option to sit outside, and you can even cross over the bike trail and sit by the river and enjoy the view.“
