“I have a gluten allergy, so I couldn't take advantage of the free donut. Coffee seemed watered-down, so there wasn't much of a coffee flavor or cream flavor. It is a convenient place to go.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking that you can easily get out of the car and into a wheelchair. The doors automatically slide open, so you don't have to worry about having to find the handicap button.“

“Was in desperate need of a birthday cake last minute. After trying 6 other bakeries, I tried Giovanni’s- hoping! They were able to fill my order without hesitation!
When I went to pick up my cake, it was ready on time, and the staff was super helpful. The cake was beautiful, reasonably priced. It was also delicious!
I found Giovanni’s out of desperation, but they will now be my go to bakery!“

“This is our go-to Dunkin since we moved to EW in 2017. Friendly staff, good service, tasty baked goods and the coffee is consistently fresh brewed each time we visit. They finished up their Christmas Toy drive this week and are helping to support our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) as well. “One of my favorite places to visit. I come here at least once a week for delicious coffee, treats, sandwiches and to do my work. The atmosphere is very cozy and nice for getting work done or having business meetings. Highly recommend their meat lovers croissant and sour apple refresher. Yummy!“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! I have never seen a location so busy, and with all the people and orders they had to deal with, the employees did so with patience, calmness, KINDNESS and a smile. 💛💛💛💛“

Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

She was very short with her responses. Didn’t make me feel like I should come back. The guy working DT and the girl making drinks with the pink in her hair were great. I got greeted by the guy when I walked in and the girl was all over making drinks. She was a rockstar tbh.
