“First time visiting Leo’s today! Such an amazing experience. Food was amazing. Flavors were spot on. Everyone at our table loved their food! This was my first time going to a tip free restaurant. I was skeptical at first because you hear stories of the service not being as good. But everyone one there was excellent. The staff is efficient and the atmosphere was great. The prices are higher than your typical breakfast place but if you do the math of what you’d pay at other places plus a 20% tip the cost works out the same. It’s great to know that everyone is being paid fairly and the service and food is amazing. Overall a great place to visit! Ohh! Instead of a tip jar there is a jar to donate free meals! The vibe of this place is just amazing. Can’t wait to come back!“

“We're from Wisconsin and had breakfast March 31 in your restaurant. I wish I could remember our waitress' name, but she was delightful. I had the (canned)corned beef hash omelet and loved it. I've never seen an omelet shaped the way you serve it, but again it was terrific on looks alone! You folks do a marvelous job.“

“This is one of the best spots in NorthHampton, Massachusetts, definitely has the freshest ingredients and I’ve been all over Northampton restaurants. Mediterranean salad is worth every penny they put a lot of ingredients in it. Everything is fresh and crisp and it’s actually very big salad. Their sandwiches are spot on, desserts are delicious snd beautiful, The one thing I like about this place is I get service with a smile sometimes that’s missing in restaurants today and Cafe but not here. You can tell that everybody likes working there. They look very happy I didn’t go in July 2025 I go as much as I can.!!“

“The GF waffles were out of this world... soft and fluffy. I'm very sensitive to gluten cross- contamination, and it was reassuring to me that the staff person was knowledgeable and asked me if I had a gluten allergy and needed separate preparation for my order. They also are taking COVID precautions seriously. They are requiring proof of vaccination in order to dine in (this is clearly posted inside and outside of restaurant), and while at my table I overheard a staff person asking an unmasked person to put on a mask. Could not have had a more enjoyable experience... sad I don't live in the area!“

“I was having a somewhat mediocre experience at the UMass Campus Rec until a strapping young employee named Justin swiped my ucard in order for me to return my rental lock, and told me "Have a nice day" with a smile. “Great relaxing cafe that you order at the front counter. Parking in back and was free spots available on the street. Lots of tables with old photo’s of Holyoke on the walls. I ordered the veggie omelette with a choice of cheeses. Was large and filled with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and lots of spinach. Came wirh potatoes and toast. Coffee served in a styrofoam cup which I wish they had mugs. I saw a few high chairs for kids. Easy relaxing cafe to hang out. They make their own cupcakes which looked great and had different flavors. Other bakery items as well.“
