“Creamy Delight soft serve ice cream, is REAL ice cream! The owner uses local, real milk that has 10% butterfat. No “fillers.” Her ice cream is simply the best soft serve ice cream I have ever had, and it’s worth the 30 minute drive from our house to buy her ice cream!!!! I humbly consider myself a soft serve ice cream connoisseur, having eaten ice cream from New York City to Boston and Vermont. 5 Stars for Creamy Delight! Absolutely gorgeous setting on Rte 47 in Hadley looking up at Skinner Mountain and the “Seven Sisters” mountains. No soft serve ice cream compares to Creamy Delight, and she’s open till November 2nd!!“

“There's a reason USA Today rated them one of the best places for ice cream in the country! Their recipes are so creative (and based on real chemistry too). It's like the owners are the Wonka of Ice Cream, always inventing new ways to make the best ice cream. I have been a life long Herrell's ice cream fan, and so glad they are expanding. My mother makes sure to come to Herrell's whenever she visits the area, and says the biggest downside to living in New York is... no Herrell's Ice Cream!“
“This is located inside Yankee candle and it’s a very convenient location to get a snack after or while shopping at Yankee candle. We ordered salted caramel blondie, coconut seven layer bar, coffee coffee buzzbuzz and we were very satisfied. The creamy deliciousness of the ice cream hit ls the spot. Customer service is excellent!“

“honestly not worth it for 30 dollars and 3 hour wait time. I went this past weekend after 7 years away. And they still have a lot of the same animatronics and barely any "actors" every stop only had 1-2 "scare actors" if you would even call it that. There was just one guy that would stroll through the line with a light up toy chainsaw ( their busiest night ) lots of empty spots with no scare. 3 actors the whole hay ride. The only one trying was Chuckie honestly. need to update the animatronics , dirty and some deflated . Walked through the haunted house no one was there, only towards the end maybe 2 more actors. For the price and location- western ma deserves better.“

“Tried the lemon mousse with homemade penuche- delicious! Gluten free and vegan options are easy to find: clearly labeled on the menu. Portions are reasonable! Cute vibes. Max and Mirna add to the sweet ambiance. Service was great- I tried to order caramel sauce, but our server recommended I get the homemade penuche, which had a similar taste; it was lighter and grainier than caramel but delicious! Very glad we stopped by here!“

“I was pleased to locate an open Friendly's! I ordered my favorite meal, the waitress was attentive and very sweet. Even though I wasn't able to get what I wanted for a Friend Z, the substitute was just as good. I am only up here once a year and look forward to my next visit. Hopefully you will have brought back a few more.“
