“this is one of my favorite places to go for Gluten-free food. I love their East West burrito bowl with extra veggies and my boyfriend always gets the beef brisket burrito with bacon (he adds it.) One time he got the burrito and he realized he didn't like the thick grilled onions in it. I wrote in explaining the onions were cut very thick (I know that writing in to complain is a bit dramatic but I also praised how much we love their food.) well, they edited their online ordering to include an option to select "no onions." we eat there at least once a week because the prices are so reasonable with quality of food top notch. 5 stars!“

“I recently went here for the 1st time. The food was good, but the service was not. Our waitress never brought our bill to the table then we saw other customers going to the front to pay without a bill. This is all fine only if you are told that is the way that it works. Then the person working just told me a total price of our check. I told her that I wanted to see the bill. She did give it to me to look at after I asked and it was correct but this isn't how you should be running your business. I also just think that the attitude of our server and the person who cashed us out wad very good. Not good customer service in my opinion. There are many other options in the area for mexican food and I would rather give my business to people who truly appreciate it“

“I recently visited my local Chipotle on King St. in Northampton MA, and left not just satisfied with my meal but genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received from the shift manager and grill employee, both named Josue. They maintained an upbeat attitude, engaging in friendly banter with customers waiting in line. It was evident that they took pride in their work. When I requested a modification to my order due to a dietary restriction, both the shift manager and grill employee took immediate action to ensure my meal was prepared safely and to my satisfaction. Kudos to the shift manager and grill employee for their dedication, kindness, and efficiency.“

“The atmosphere and staff were lacking . The tv was off and there was no music. Only one staff person and she had no personality, didn’t even acknowledge the customers as the waited in line. Food was still excellent“

The lady, who probably was manager, served us the food by calling it right away and asked if we would be okay with her cleaning the table adjacent too ours!!! This never happens, even at done in places. Five stars for her service, politeness and courtesy.“
