Dunkin' Donuts in Framingham

“Stopped here while on a road trip to use the bathroom and grab a drink. I can confirm the bathroom was indeed sparkling clean and smelled really good. The store in general was also clean, floor was being mopped when I was in there. The lady at the register was very nice as well. My drink was alright but not at fault of the employees, it was just a refresher. A lot of dunkin locations are run down but it’s nice to see employees that care about keeping the store clean and nice! I would say I’d come back here however I will probably never be in the area again. It was a pleasant roadtrip stop.🙏“

“Girls and Guys always have a smile on their faces and greet you with a cheery GM.. They all have a great customer service attitude and I always enjoy visiting everyday for my morning work coffee! Also, even when it's busy, they have you in & out of there alot quicker than some other Dunkin establishments ive visited!“

“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“

“at this location I waited for about ten minutes in drive up. but the nice lady told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. when she took my order she was extremely pleasant. as I approached the window, she complimented me and was handing me my donuts and as I was giving her my debit card to pay. the next thing shocked me by surprise she said the guy ahead of you paid for you. what generosity. I thought it only happened with you tubers.“
