Dunkin' Donuts in Framingham

“Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

“Staff are friendly, I got exactly what I wanted every time, etc. There could definitely be more seats for groups of 3 or larger, however it isn’t that big of a deal as you can just move them.

Good thing to note however- the hot chocolate is served piping hot.“

“This Dunkin has really good service and really great staff; some are always polite and very nice, which is always good in every establishment :)) ordered my blueberry breeze refresher and they made it right. Intense blueberry flavor is there with the balancing tartness of the lemonade. They also made my grilled cheese right with both American and White cheddar cheese. I will go back to this Dunkin’ and continue to order stuff from there 💜🫐“

“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“

“Great service, people here are really resourceful. The service is really fast ,through the drive-through or walking in. There are no seating arrangements, this place mainly caters to drive-through service, and they do a great job at it.

Parking: It's mainly a drive through location.

“at this location I waited for about ten minutes in drive up. but the nice lady told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. when she took my order she was extremely pleasant. as I approached the window, she complimented me and was handing me my donuts and as I was giving her my debit card to pay. the next thing shocked me by surprise she said the guy ahead of you paid for you. what generosity. I thought it only happened with you tubers.“
