“This is open-kitchen, seasonally based, well informed dining at its best. The owner/chef knows his wines. Beautiful, balanced food and platings, not precious, and convivial atmosphere. There is a Lake Tahoe by the fire vibe to it that I like. Top three places to eat on the Lennox to Great Barrington itinerary.“

“This little hole in the wall turned out to be the BEST pizza me, my husband, and son have ever had. The chef was professionally trained, and it was almost dinner and a show to watch him make and stretch the dough and place it in the MASSIVE wood fire oven. We had the margarita and the mushroom pizza, and I had a rose that paired beautifully. When I say the pizza was immaculate- I mean it. I know this is a review, but there are really no words. The food was SO GOOD that we had to order desert as well just to try and my son got the chocolate lava cake (he was practically licking the plate clean) and my husband and I shared the tiramisu- this was the coffee liqueur flavored treat that we hoped it was. The owner even came over to us and talked to my husband about how to make his home pizzas better, and talked about how his daughter made the tiramisu herself and they go as far as importing the lady fingers! Just wow. Perfect lunch or date spot. Pizzas come in 14”/6 slice sizes.“
