“I HATE when I forget to pack a lunch at work. (Sometimes I do it on purpose) Dangelos always brightens my afternoon! I’ve always worked in the restaurant industry until I got this new job. And now I get severely hangry and I know Dangelos will have me covered. The location is in the worst spot possible, but I will suffer the traffic to have a good sandwich. I went to school with one of the guys that is a higher up and It’s always nice to see him. One day at work I ordered food for delivery and they forgot my “combo up”. He went out of his way to run down the street and bring it to me. FIVE STARS across the board! Thank you friends at Dangelos Greenfield!“

“I write this review mostly to illustrate a potentially bad situation that was made right by the staff. I had ordered a 12-inch sub online late this afternoon, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only a 6-inch sub. However, upon pointing this out to the friendly woman at the counter, she apologized promptly and noted the confusion on the way the order may have been interpreted from the receipt. She then offered to make me a second 6-inch sub to rectify the situation and did so promptly. As I told her, I wasn't trying to give her a hard time, and she was doing exactly the right thing given the circumstances. I rate a mistake that is promptly fixed as the highest form of customer service. Hence, this is mostly a review to say that at least at this location, there is at least one person who deserves praise.“

“Federal street Subway! Site of the first Kentucky Fried Chicken in Greenfield! What can you say about Subway? First they make all there rolls fresh at each location. They offer combo meals! They have good subs at fair prices! Service is pretty good! Prices and specials could be better!Updated 5/28/24 New menu offered! Prices are higher of course!“

“I ordered online, a very simple blt with extra ranch.
When I got there a lovely lady greeted me warmly and complimented my hair! Great.
When I got home I saw my sandwich wrapped so cleanly and gently along with a side of extra ranch, just incase (IYKYK)
I could taste the love in this BLT.

“I eat often at Subway. Today's experience was very good. There was a line and everyone maintained social distance. The staff took my order very well, memorizing the veggies I requested while my sub was being toasted. I was able to use a gift card AND get points. Tables were clean.“
