Most of the meals we have ordered have been good. We have been upcharged by a lot (doubled the price of an entree) for substitutions like shrimp instead of sausage even when there is a shrimp dish with a similar price to my original order.“

“It is so wonderful to hear that the Agawam Diner is still in business. I grew up in Portsmouth, NH and from 1975?-1989, my mother had to take me for a periodic checkup to an allergy physician in Danvers and most every time on the way back home we would stop at the diner to have something to eat. I am now 55 and living in Florida, but I will never my several visits to the Agawam Diner. For those that haven't eaten there yet, do yourself a favor and stop in. You will not be disappointed“

“Tried the ramen place with a relative for lunch.
The ramen bowls were good though nothing special. Ordered a side of takoyaki which was good.
The broth was light but not rich or much.
Both of us ordered extra ramen but I added extra chasui which could’ve soaked up the broth but the chef should’ve noticed that but didn’t.
Extra servings cost an extra charge ~$5-7/each.
It’s a relatively small place with a couple of tables with bathrooms in the back.
The waitress said that they were related to the Kume restaurant in Seabrook NH as that was her old mother’s restaurant & the Epping location belonged to her cousin’s side but separated.
Gift cards are only good at the specific locations where it was bought.“

“A Mixed Bag of BBQ Bliss at Rusty Can with some seriously delicious food, but a few quirks keep it from being a perfect experience. I'd give it a solid 4 stars overall, primarily because the food is an undeniable 5-star affair. Let's start with the fantastic eats. We kicked things off with the chili and cheese tater tots, hush puppies, and smoked wings, all of which were a hit. For our main courses, we both ordered from the daily specials. My husband raved about his smoked turkey club sandwich, and my pork belly and mojo chicken tacos were absolutely incredible. Seriously, no complaints whatsoever about the quality or flavor of the food – it's top-notch BBQ! However, the experience was slightly let down by the service, which I'd rate 3 stars, and a particularly frustrating issue with the drink offerings. Our waitress was prompt in taking our initial drink order and kept our glasses topped off, but she did so silently, never checking in to see if we were ready to order our food. We actually waited a full 30 minutes before we could place our food order, which felt excessive. My biggest gripe, though, is with the drink selection, especially the water. The menu lists sparkling water, and we even saw a box of Saratoga sparkling water on display. Yet, when we tried to order it, our waitress informed us it was "just for the owner." When I inquired about the menu's sparkling water, she clarified it was just "soda water from the fountain." And the only bottled water available was Dasani – double yuck for those who prefer something else! It felt really off that the higher-quality option was displayed but reserved exclusively for the owner. For someone who doesn't drink soda or beer, this is a surprisingly big deal. They don't even offer juice for kids, which seems like an oversight. While the food at Rusty Can is truly exceptional and makes it worth a visit, I might hesitate to return unless they significantly improve their water options. It seems like a minor detail, but for many, it makes a big difference.“

Pizza, salads and subs are always fresh, made correctly and have the appropriate amount of toppings. I’m really picky about grilled chicken and tonight I had the Greek salad with grilled chicken and it was wonderful. So much chicken, homemade dressing and plenty of fresh veggies!“

“I work in Andover and drive by Depot HOP all the time but never stopped in. I figured they'd be like everyone else and serve a pizza that was too thin, devoid of ingredients, thin hard crust, greasy, and tastes like the pan it was cooked on. Recently there was a function at work and pizzas were purchased from Depot HOP and I gave it a try. To my surprise it was everything I liked in a pizza, not too thin, enough ingredients, not greasy, soft crust, and delicious! I couldn't wait to try it again. The next day I did. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese now for all you haters out there, if you haven't tried it you are seriously cheating yourself out of something great. I don't know how they did it but it was the best tasting Hawaiian pizza I ever had! It somehow had some extra zest to it, it was just phenomenal. “Made a trip through the old stomping grounds of Lawrence and stopped in to grab some dessert pastries and cookies. Immediately greeted by the owner, who couldn’t be more of a sweetheart. Answered any questions with a smile, talked about the business with gratitude and love for what she does. We grabbed a variety of cookies, couple of the Dubai chocolate cannolis, and lobster tails. Hands down… BEST pastries I have had in years. Do not sleep on this place, they will absolutely gain your business over and over again!!!“

“I went to Grassfields Food & Spirits for the first time yesterday for lunch. I had my 6 year old daughter and 1 year old son with me. By gods grace my kids have always been easy to take to dinner without stress, however yesterday my son wasn’t particularly feeling the best because he is cutting a new tooth so he was screaming his head off (on and off) and my daughter accidentally leaned too hard on one side of the table which flipped up the opposite end and my entire, full, iced tea fell and spilled all over the floor. I must give a shout out to the staff there for being so kind and handling the situation with empathy and respect. If I could have anticipated that the kids wouldn’t do well at the restaurant I would have opted for lunch to go (which is what I ended up doing anyway after all that). The waitresses did not give me an attitude or dirty looks or get upset, instead they offered to clean up the mess for me and get me a new iced tea. It may seem like a small gesture but it didn’t go unnoticed because not everyone is as kind, understanding and patient. It’s proven in the death stare I did get from another diner lol. I also must mention that when we finally got home and ate the food was fantastic! The kids teriyaki chicken and rice pilaf was the best! My scallops Florentine was delicious too! I will be back for sure… maybe without the kids next time lol.“

On the day of the event, a Celebration of Life for my Dad, we arrived early to drop off some items. From this point through to the end Jeff and his staff were awesome. Any time they saw me, they checked in to make sure I had what I needed.
