“My girls and I attempted to eat at the Salem retreat on our first morning of our trip. We waited 20 minutes for a table after watching 7-10 people be seat AFTER we were given a buzzer to wait. We left and came to Dotty & Rays. We got a table as soon as we walked in, had water brought over immediately, drink and food orders promptly taken. The food was fantastic. We had one part of our order missing and once they realized the issue, it was remedied with speed and courtesy. Everyone was very friendly and renewed our experience in Salem. “I hosted our office event at Double Bull last night, with Musical Bingo in the Avalon room. It was absolutely fantastic! From the service to the food to the drinks! Our server, Jackie, is the sweetest and so accommodating! Rebecca the House/Event manager was a doll! She was so considerate, helpful and detailed oriented in planning the event. She even had our company logo on the menu! The office will be talking about this one for a long time. Thanks ladies from all of us!“

“OMG Best breakfast ever. Got a western omelet and I must say was the best one one I've had in years. My daughter got the veggie omlet and is the first time I've ever seen her clean her plate! Will definitely go here from now on. No other restaraunt can will ever top this place. Good coffee, friendly people, great service, and great prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting the best! I'm not the only one that likes it there. There was only one empty table left. Wheelchair access, handicap parking nesr the front door that makes it an easy access for those needing it. Will definitely go back there. Hard to find anywhere with a breakfast this good.“

“Four of us enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Driftwood on Saturday morning. We got there a little before 9 AM and got a table without waiting. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the food came in probably 20 minutes or so. The blueberry pancakes and the blueberry/banana pancakes were delicious! Veggie omelette was also very good, with all the ingredients properly cooked. The diner-style coffee was okay as expected. There aren't many tables, but there is bar seating.“

“My wife and I have not had much luck with dining out lately so when it came to picking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner I was nervous that I would find the right place. I came across Nine Elm and read the reviews. They were amazing. So we made a reservation but I was still cautiously optimistic. Things could not have gone better! We arrived and where we were seated was noising, not what we wanted for an anniversary dinner. When I asked the waitress if there was a quieter spot she went to speak to the manager in we were moved immediately. The general atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the staff is very friendly but professional. The wine was lovely and the food delicious. We ordered the duck and the swordfish special and they were both cooked to perfection. For dessert we split a Creme Brule. The custard was light and creamy a pleasant surprise. We had an amazing time. We will be back!“

“We were a few days late for Halloween in Salem so we decided to stop in at Longboards for a quick bite. Their flatbread pizza is excellent and the full service bar has it all. Friendly service and great food on the water at Pickering Wharf in Salem. We had lots of fun playing music trivia at the bar! Highly recommended.“

“Such a great experience tonight. We were in town for vacation from Texas and stopped in for dinner. The server was so friendly, relatable, and welcoming. The food was fantastic. Extremely flavorful and just what we needed to and our trip. The chef Nick is incredible and so creative with his dishes. He came out to the table and chatted with us several times. You can tell he loves what he does!!! If you are looking for great food, low key chill environment, and friendly staff… this is the place. Next time we come to town, this place will for sure be our on list of places to come.

Also, my vegetables were a bit overcooked. But it was seasoned well, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere is nice.“

“We've always had a good experience with 15 Walnut. It is popular, so be sure to get reservations, especially on Friday nights. The three of us had 3 different meals, and all were good. The waitress, Rebecca, was friendly and helpful. My pulled pork sandwich was excellent - warm, with an excellent BBQ sauce, and very tasty. The bill was moderate - less than what we've seen at similar restaurants. We'll return.“

“My family and I have been going to IHOP for years now without a single mess-up. Today, they accidentally messed up my order, and I called back asking if they could do anything about it. “Came during a ladies trip in August. On our first day, we stopped by for lunch and drinks. The food was fresh and tasty. The drinks were cold and were made perfectly by the bartender. (espresso martinis were 💯) The next morning we tried their breakfast and it also did not disappoint. We sat outside both days, but the inside is beautiful and has murals on the walls. Staff were attentive and polite, I Highly recommend!“
