“We were on our way to Boston from Florida and googled a good breakfast spot near us…as we were leaving Plymouth. What a gem and surprise we found at the Blueberry Muffin! Not only was the place hopping but it was ran like a well oiled machine along with friendly service! We were sat at the bar and had exceptional service from our waitress Tiffany who greeted us with a smile and lots of coffee fill ups!. A young man behind the counter was quietly wiping down counter tops, taking phone calls, orders and for his age he was totally in tune with what was going on… he’s a leader I can tell… the breakfast was fantastic! I ordered the Southern Comfort Breakfast and my husband the Lumber Jack Breakfast, we shared! Everything was delicious, the fried eggs were the best I’ve had.. they’re frying them in something good… sausage was tasty and the rye toast was yummy too.
Just go.. don’t think, just do it! You’ll be glad and satisfied not only with a good meal but with friendly people, hardworking souls who clearly take pride in this special cafe!! Don’t let the line waiting to be seated scare you…. it moves quickly! We may have waited 10 min!!

“Every morning there's a "gentleman" sitting at the counter drinking coffee and playing KENO, rambling on openly about his political leanings. He has maximum opinions with minimal boundaries. Although ill informed he apparently has a strong need to feel like he's right , even if it means raising his voice. Fortunately, because he isn't eating, he's usually gone by 8:30am.... “I found this place by browsing on the map. It's a surprising finding which turns out to be a good food experience. Don't be fooled by how the restaurant looks from outside- tiny on a busy street. “Let’s talk about the Greatness that is called “The Grill & Eye!” I was home on a visit and as always I try to engage a new restaurant. As my Bestfriend lives in Weymouth, I stumbled across The Grill & Eye on Yelp and we decided to go for breakfast. Before even getting there, the pictures I saw had me ready to eatttttttttttt. The location was super easy to find as it sits directly on the main road. Parking is scarce, however, there is street parking available and we were able to grab a good spot. Yaay! Walking in, the ambiance is super homely and gives the feel of a mom & pops kind of restaurant. It’s small and quaint, however, they have made great use of the space. The waitress at the counter was very inviting and welcomed us with a huge smile and friendly Welcome In. As it is a seat yourself setup, we decided to sit near the back wall. Once seated the waitress was at our table immediately. She presented us with the menus and took our drink order. OhEmGee! Let’s talk about the menu. There is no shortage of options whatsoever! The variation of food options truly make it a hard decision to figure out what you want. I’m all for ordering the entire menu, lol. In all seriousness, the menu is amazing and there is something for everyone regardless of what you have a taste for. I decided to order the platter with 2 Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage Links, and Eggs. As I don’t eat eggs, I was excited that I was able to swap out my eggs for grits. It’s the small things in life that mean the most. LoL! Once our order was placed, the excitement increased and we were ready to eat. Seeing the other orders come out for the tables around us truly increased the anticipation. Ha! Lucky for me, the food didn’t take long at all. Everything was out in a timely manner and every single item on the plate was fresh. Speaking of fresh, all of the meat was quality cuts and the grits were real grits. The food was not only fresh but it was flavorful. The sweet to salt ratio provided by the pancake syrup and meat really made every single bite a mouth pleasing, flavor rewarding experience. The bacon was crispy and meaty. The pancakes were fluffy and a perfect size as they almost covered the entire plate. The sausage was flavorful and not too greasy, and best of all, the grits were not too watery or too stiff. The water to grit ratio was spot on and the natural grit flavor wasn’t overpowered by the butter, yet the butter was present and added to the creamy smooth texture that was accomplished. Overall I am overjoyed by my meal, the service, and the pricing at The Grill & Eye and I will be returning the next time I’m home for a visit.“

“My wife and visited Sam’s and were happy to discover that club sandwiches are on the menu. We noticed that many harbor restaurants have removed club sandwiches from their menus.

The plate pictures looked appealing on yelp. It was a happy surprise to see that they really care about presentation but most importantly flavor!
