“I don’t say this often, but this Haitian restaurant is truly top-tier when it comes to presentation and flavor. Typically, I don’t spend my time trying Haitian restaurants around Massachusetts because they often disappoint the food isn’t always consistent, and the portion sizes don’t always match the prices.

I randomly heard about this restaurant from a friend who said their sister stumbled across this spot unexpectedly, so I decided to give it a try with a couple of friends. I chose takeout, and to my surprise, I discovered a hidden gem.

The outside does not reflect what’s happening inside. The manager was super friendly and gave me a quick tour of the restaurant. I asked how long they had been open, and I was shocked to learn they’ve been there for two years.

My only suggestion is that they revamp the exterior because it doesn’t match the quality of the experience inside. From the outside, it looks closed or abandoned, which could easily discourage people from stopping by. They need a brighter sign, better lighting, and something more inviting to attract customers.

The location is great, but the current exterior setup doesn’t do the restaurant justice. Once people step inside, they’ll discover the hidden treasure.“

From start to finish, the staff at both Webster Timberlanes and Luci’s went above and beyond to make sure our event was absolutely perfect. Every single team member was incredibly accommodating — delivering the food right to our party area, taking great care of our adult guests at the bar, and even handling all of the cleanup. They made hosting a party feel effortless, which any parent knows is a gift in itself. A very special shoutout goes to Uncle Lou, who helped us book the party. He was wonderful to work with: kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create a great celebration. Our daughter has severe allergies, and Lou took it upon himself to go through the menu to see what would be safe for her. It meant the world to us — she rarely gets to enjoy food out at restaurants, so this was such a treat. The birthday packages were also incredibly affordable, with a variety of price points to fit different needs and budgets. Truly, the value you receive is unmatched. Even though she was handling all the tables on her own, she stayed on top of everything with a great attitude. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. After our event, we decided to stop back in for a cocktail—and Mars was still working and still absolutely killing it! When we told her how fantastic our experience had been, she was so kind and genuinely grateful. People need to remember to be patient—yes, service might have been a little slower than usual, but she was doing the work of several people and doing it with a smile. They have a good selection of fun cocktails and the Strawberry Coconut Margarita was a win for me. What truly made the experience 5 stars was the incredible service we received from the staff. Our servers were Lily and Audrey and both were so friendly, fast, and super accommodating despite there being a party of 40 they were also helping. “Ok, understanding that this was 'Chowder Day' and the take out line was packed.... The clam chowder was good, HOWEVER, the initial bowl brought was cold. The waitress apologized and brought new ones. Which were lukewarm. Too bad, I do love their chowder. I will say, had the right flavor, visible clams and not too heavy on the potatoes. I had steamed mussels - very garlicky and lemony (YUM) but I should have asked for extra bread for the juice. Trust me, ask for extra bread for the juice! Hubz had nigiri which he said was excellent. So just be careful if they're running a special - could throw off the dining experience“
